Summary: Seller was a bit less than accurate when judging this phone, constantly freezes, more wear and tear than mentioned (ie: phone has signs of use)... Failed to mention no SIM card came with phone..
Summary: I will start of with the Good Amazon rep was able to compensate me since instead of receiving a new I received some hybrid refurbished definitely not factory. I went to the Verizon store they stated it was a Verizon refresh phone that was registered to another individual. Fun times already after 2 days of use the usb port on the phone craps out cant charge or do anything without having to pull the battery.
Summary: Phone didn't work. Shorted out, touch screen was offset. Photos of child porn still in the memory. Had to wipe clean and sell for ten dollars to put towards a new phone i couldn't honestly afford. Never again.
I will give a better rating once i'm able to use this product

Summary: I recently purchased this phone. When I received the product today, the phone did not have a battery. The advertisement stated the included accessories were a battery and charger. Once I'm able to get use of this product then i'll change my rating.
Summary: COUNTERFEIT! COUNTERFEIT! I called HTC to troubleshoot a solution and they told me to just stop when reading my serial numbers, they were fake. Don't let these crooks get over on you! COUNTERFEIT! COUNTERFEIT! P.S.
Summary: I'd have to say the HTC Rezound was the worst phone I've ever had. I first got mine in May of 2012 and within the first two months, I had to do two master resets ( despite having antivirus software on the phone and taking proper precautions). About six months after I bought it, the lock screen button completely stopped working. That was doable but one year into owning the phone, I had problems with the battery holding a charge.
