Summary: I bought it for my best friend's birthday .. it looks nice such as described by this ex owner of this phone.. his or her comment about this phone was true.. im happy to get this phone.. good price.. my friend was very excited to get this phone.. I thank you the seller for this phone..
Excerpt: I was a bit disappointed seeing the HTC Raider. I noticed that there weren’t any new features except the screen size. It is a small improvement, but I wouldn’t consider it beneficial. I still prefer the Sensation or the Evo 3D over the Raider.
Summary: For the price I paid, I expected much better cosmetic condition. This phone came with an otterbox case, one of the reasons I ordered it, but the outside rubber part of the otterbox doesn't fit around the hard plastic... which is strange, hmmm. On top of that the hard plastic is broken in 4 of the 6 parts that holds it together, so it doesn't even work. Now I have to go order a new one, because this one is useless.
Summary: Phone worked great until about a few months after purchase it was no longer able to connect to ANY WiFi network. I attempted twice to contact the seller for a solution with no luck. I took it a step further by calling HTC and AT&T -I was told that the phone was actually a REFURBISHED DEVICE WITH PREVIOUS REPAIRS, NOT BRAND NEW as advertised, and that the part I needed to repair is no longer being manufactured.
Summary: I purchased two of these phones, one for both daughters. In less than a month, one phone completely failed and the other one wouldn't hold a charge longer than 20 minutes and would freeze on the start screen. The phones we purchased from AT&T three years ago were these very same phones and they lasted three years which is why I specifically looked for this phone. Don't know if they are refurbished but they aren't supposed to be. Would not recommend this phone at all.
