Excerpt: I have had this phone for about a year and I greatly dislike it. I don't like the look or feel of it, the message app always crashes, I constantly loose service even after replacing the sim card. The keyboard is difficult, the touch is not the best, and the dictionary is not the best. The auto correct feature is horrible and the suggestions are just as bad. Simply, not recommended.

GOT SO DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS SELLER ROSS CELLULAR, BEWARE WITH THIS SELLER, ITS NOT WHAT IS DESCRIBED, I AM GONNA ATTACHED THE PICTURE THAT THEY SENT ME AND CHECK IF THIS IS THE ONE THAT IS BEING DESCRIBED HERE.
Summary: I bought this phone for my son in June 2013. The phone worked well for about five months - up to October 2013' from there on it's been hell. The phone was purchased from Wireless Experts Inc. through Amazon's Marketplace. I contacted Wireless Experts through Amazon to let them know that the phone's screen kept blacking out and will not go back on at times. All I got as a response was to call HTC at a particular number.
Excerpt: I bought the phone on 15 Feb and I was very glad . But, after a month, the pixels started flickering on every screen and in every application, especially games. It is irritating. Using it for some more time,the phone just shuts down automatically when 15% battery level is reached. I think a phone like this should not have issues like this. I am very upset with the device. I hope HTC will help me with the issues.
