Poor speakers and camera, possibly refurbished.
Summary: I noticed light escaping in between screen and speaker and noticed scratches in bottom right corner, maybe like it was refurbished. I could live with those aspects but then I noticed the speakers weren't loud and we're poor quality. Also I was totally disappointed when I tried to take a picture and noticed the lense appears foggy, taking terrible pictires. Over all I'm not satisfied and will seek a refund, do to fact I think the phone is refurbished and defective.
Summary: I've had this phone for about 8 months now, and I honestly am disappointed with the shape its in,considering how great I have taken care of it. It crashes constantly, and is always getting too hot to touch that I have to let it cool off for awhile, even when I've hardly been using it. It's supposed to be factory unlocked even when I changed the APN settings for the phone, I had no internet connection or any service unless I was using AT&T.
Summary: please help me i want to change o return this phone because the seller send me a used phone and i pay for a brand new one, the mic and headphone doesnt work and i live in venezuela and the sim card doesnt work either and the title says unlocked, please help me to change it or have a refound of my money.
Summary: the charger doesn't work. outdated software, play store does not work, the phone seems reconstructed. phone memory is 16 gb but the box says 32gb. I'm from Venezuela. after a month of use, the imei has been blocked. Amazon should help. I paid a lot of money for that phone.
Summary: it is not a quad core as advertised, big, big difference. Shame on this company for not knowing what they are selling, That is, I assume that they were trying to be honest and made a honest mistake. The phone was not worth the money I gave them for it, it was not a quad core! You need to get out of the computer/phone business if you can't or don't know where or how to read what the operating system is on a device!
Summary: Functionality of this phone defeats the whole purpose of an android phone: screen disappears in a fraction of a second, making it impossible for you to even take a call on Viber, or to follow through prompts on an automated answering system. Settings are NOT user friendly, and phone leaves network frequently, system update automatically paused if no working wi-fi or hotspots available. This phone is archaic and sucks!
Excerpt: I thought I liked HTC products. I went from the HTC Desire to the HTC One X in May 2013. Shortly after acquiring it, I would get an error message that the SIM card could not be read, which meant I had to power the phone off then on. This got more frequent over time. It started happening during phone calls. I got a warranty replacement, which I was told was a brand new phone in January 2014. In August this phone totally died and can't be charged.
Summary: It did not work with Straight talk, I could make calls but this phone would not send or receive pics, it wouldnt access maps either. I sent it back within a few days, once I knew phone was set up correctly.
