Excerpt: Guess I can start with the positives, it is quite good looking, with a pretty neat design and strong build quality it makes for a pleasant thing to hold and use. I actually think the positives stop there, however you can't really blame HTC too much, as the phone performs as the specs say, a single core CPU is not good for much, the screen resolution is quite bad (even for a small screen) and it has a mere 512 MB of memory (well over 350 is taken up by OS and such).
Excerpt: I bought my HTC One V in August 2012. Within 2 days of buying , I realized it was a very slow phone. It ruined my gaming pleasures. Although the camera is very good but it took a lot of time to open it. The messages would open after 2 minutes and the call also takes some time to take place. So overall this phone just checks your patience level and also provokes you to throw it on the floor!
Excerpt: I've been using this phone since July 2012.At first it was okay but then problems started showing. The contact storage , phone, and message as a basic need keeps crashing. It annoys me much. And many software problems too!
Summary: The saying "you get what you pay for" really doesn't have many better examples than this. This phone has a cheap price because that's what it is, cheap! The 3g and slow processor makes apps crash and take FOREVER to load. When I try to download updates the phone freezes. I could go on and on about what is wrong with this phone but I just want to say don't buy it. Save your money for something better! I got it on sale but it was still a waste of $120!
Horrible. Still waiting for my refund on this thing.

Summary: There is only one thing I have to say about this phone: Do not try to budget yourself and get this used because the battery is built inside, such as an iphone, BUT unlike an iphone, it's almost impossible to find a place that would replace the battery.
Excerpt: I purchased this phone because it was inexpensive and seemed to have all of the features I wanted. It worked fine for a few weeks and then one thing after another started to break. It wouldn't hold a charge for an entire day, I would have to press on the screen 5-10 times before it would select whatever it was I was trying to enter (text messages, contacts, etc). The internet was slow and unreliable and a lot of the texts I sent never ended up going through.
Excerpt: I bought this phone on Black Friday 2012. At first this phone was great. Then they did a dreaded update during the winter 2013. After that update, my phone is slow as can be. I don't have hardly any apps. I cannot figure out why it seems bogged down. I hate it. I will be purchasing something different soon. Don't waste your money.
