Summary: Good nivel! I'm very disappointed, I bought a HTC cell phone to you and doesn't work, its amazing that you treat Your costumers like that. Understand we the buyers place our trust in you, and how you pay? Sending a cell phone damaged, I'm from Venezuela and now what I'm going to do? Took a lot of get the money to buy It. Why you can send a damaged cell? I need answers. You must have quality control.
Summary: Camera always blurry, unless you buy an SD card you cannot open picture texts or even mass texts, texts sometimes don't send even with good signal, slow, sometimes autocorrect switches to French and there is no way to switch it back, you just have to wait a week for it to fix itself, worst of all I removed the SIM card once and now when I put it back in (correctly) it won't recognize it and now it's just a worthless piece of plastic.
Summary: I love the look of the phone and that's all, nothing else to praise about this phone. There must be technical errors when design the phone. After three months I purchased the phone, it started to get slower and slower, then, after six months, it started to shut down in the middle of my conversation on the phone. I don't use Internet, I don't check email, I am just a simple user making calls and texting messages ( but not often ). Very disappointed!
Summary: This phone has never worked consistently since the day I got it. Screens take forever to load--including address book, texts, emails, internet, just about every program on the phone. Once a program has been opened, e.g. messages program, clicking on a certain message brings up another loading screen--lasting anywhere from 15-60 seconds, and a lot of the time crashing and reverting back to the home screen.
Summary: Do not buy this phone. The price is curently $60.00 less than I paid 5 months ago, and it is still WAY overpriced. Do not believe any of the reviews you read about the sturdy aluminum case or anything else. This phone is NOT and HTC One like you get from any other contracted provider. This phone (as close as i can figure) is actually a re-worked HTC Aria with beats audio added. This phone has the slowest response time of anything i have ever used.
Excerpt: I felt that this was the worst smartphone I ever had... It worked well for a few months but after that the phone started crashing for no reason, took forever to load things, had to press 20 times on a text message to open it, very slow, etc...
Great, but its not really listed as new so battery life is too short.

Summary: I bought this phone because it has a very unique and sleek body and i wanted to be different from all the other overrated phone brands like iPhone or Samsung. The features are great and are an ease to use. The screen quality is great and the pictures look vivid. The major down side for me was i bought this phone on eBay from a seller that listed it as new. But after i received the phone, i drained the battery to give it a full charge.
