Summary: The battery is horrible, it almost lasts a day without any calls, less if you talk. Every functions is slow, touch a button and wait for it. It might open or it might go back 1 step. very very poor experience. click the messages and it may open or it may not. try to use it as a navigator it gets HOT and sucks the battery dry. plug it in in the car to navigate and it gets VERY hot. NEVER buy this phone.
Summary: Overall this is the worst smartphone Ive owned in my life. The camera is ok (5mp) but the one thing I cant get over is how SLOW the processor in this thing is. The phone cant perform a simple task like swiping pages or opening an app without latency and lag. A lot of apps crash directly after opening them. And then theres the battery life, this battery is terrible. The flashing notification light kills the phone overnight.
Summary: Extremely slow - compare to LG Optimus V, even though tech spec is better than that, everything on this phone is a huge mess. The biggest disappointment is that software or firmware causes all the problem - unoptimized, poorly programmed. Responding app is randomly malfunctioning, missing calls... sigh...
Summary: Do not purchase this phone. It takes a while to load my contacts on the text massaging screen. I drop calls constantly. Every time i switch tabs, the phone has to refresh each page. My previous phone was a lemon and the wifi would not come on.
Cons: It is very unreponsive. If it thinks you are out of network even with 3 bars, you can't make a phone call, but it won't tell you that, nothing happens.Until it decides you are back in the network then it will decide to make the calls on its own.
Summary: i had desire s and was very happy i upgraded to this phone htc one v and i am very unhappy from the start its very slow sometimes it wont let me open a text message its very slow for opening apps and watching videos would not recommend this phone.
Summary: Im so big fan of htc from past 2years when I purchased htc wildfire. Then came htc one v, which I thought incredible handset for such an amount. I sold wildfire and got one v, from day I purchased im facing so many problems; Bluetooth not functioning, automatic restart, SD card memory hide, sim card not inserted.. I was hoping htc gonna fix this bug but no clue till date.
Summary: I really was excited about getting this phone and the second day I had it it started doing crazy things and locking up. I returned it and got a new one and am having even crazier problems . Definately taking it back.
Summary: I got my phone about 3 months ago and I was astonished by its light weight. I downgraded from an iPhone 4 and I still find the one V a very impressive bit of kit. However the battery is terrible, today I only got two hours off a 90% charge with the screen off and no apps running. The quality of the camera is unparalleled. Even compared to the camera of my neighbors iPad 4 on full zoom the One V came out on top. My One V has regular seizures A.K.A.
