Don't Buy with Sprint, and Customer Service Sucks.
Jordan McDuff, Amazon

Summary: Shipping: 10/10 - Got it one day. Customer Service: 2/10 - The phones DOESN'T CONNECT TO SPRINT. This of course was not advertised when I bought it. I then proceeded to return the item, and they wanted a "Restocking Charge". Don't buy this phone if you intend on it being with Sprint Cellular. Furthermore, Amazon did an excellent job getting me in touch toe-to-toe with the 3rd Party Company.
Excerpt: I bought this one because it has the best sized phone you can get in the market, not too big and not too small at the same time. But saying that this phone doesn't have that upper hand when it comes to features and performance specs compared to other bestsellers. As it is a flagship phone hence the expectation level from this phone is always high, but the way this phone has been scaled down from it's ancestor HTC One you will regret your decision or think twice before...
Excerpt: Great camera, unfortunately the phone part of the phone doesn't work properly. Had it a week and its going straight to voicemail intermittently instead of ringing and when I speak to someone they break up despite the signal being good. Very dissappointed, argued a lot with a friend about if I should get an iphone, looks as if they were right afterall.
Excerpt: do not recommend the phone if you are an active person and like going out, running, or any other activity like that. after running with the phone in armband it stopped working. they told me it was in contact with liquid, and released from warranty.
Pros: good looking, decent usage
Cons: not compact enough, very sensitive to every bit of liquid.
Excerpt: I wrote a review called "I'm Happy" when I first got this device. The plastic edges soon developed numerous cracks, even though I'd been super careful with it. My carrier's store display model had the same cracks, so they replaced my phone. Lo and behold, the replacement is also developing cracks all over the plastic. I also got a "process system not responding" error this morning that made my alarm silent. Lovely, right? I'm getting disillusioned here, HTC.
