Summary: DO NOT BUY. This phone is poorly made. Died after 3 weeks of use. Then it took HTC three weeks to replace the phone under the warrantee. Now at 5 months old, the LDC screen has gone bad with lines and blue haze. As it is in an otterbox defender case, this is not from damage but poor manufacture.

Summary: Please do not buy this product Issues I had Hearing problems with this phone Network problem: I changed my provider 3 times but still the same Speaker issue After all this they would not give me my refund back.
Summary: This phone is absolutely terrible. It worked for 7 months before it started crashing with no warning. The battery doesn't last for more than 2 minutes if it isn't plugged into a power source. I checked with HTC and the phone was in use a year before I purchased it.
Summary: This phone is horrible! It looks sleek and all, but I just got it today and its already shut off randomly three or four times already. After each time, it won't let me turn it on for about a half hour. I dont even have any apps installed. Haven't used the internet. Nothing.
Summary: These don't work with any U.S. carrier!!! I learned this the hard way, should have returned it asap!! I never even used it!! I got 60 bucks for it that's how worthless it is here in the States.
Summary: Disappointed, not so much with the phone, but with the seller more than anything. I bought a refurbished M4, that turned off 3 times in 3 months taking me to bootloader screen. This 3rd time, phone ended up being "bricked" which means it gets stuck on one screen that cannot be unlocked.
Summary: I refuse to fabricate my review this device is terrible. Why would US Wireless send this product to a consumer? I sent pictures to U.S. Wireless to support my claim and demonstrate to (Fyi- feb 18th -25 2015) them how bad device is.
