Summary: Disappointed, not so much with the phone, but with the seller more than anything. I bought a refurbished M4, that turned off 3 times in 3 months taking me to bootloader screen. This 3rd time, phone ended up being "bricked" which means it gets stuck on one screen that cannot be unlocked. Bought phone in December as Christmas gift, so wife only got to use it for 3 months.
Summary: I refuse to fabricate my review this device is terrible. Why would US Wireless send this product to a consumer? I sent pictures to U.S. Wireless to support my claim and demonstrate to (Fyi- feb 18th -25 2015) them how bad device is. If I can aid someone else to not waste their hard earned money, I will.. Surpress "facts" if you want, its the truth!. I'm not sure how often this happens but it happened to me for sure... AND their in no rush to make it right...
Summary: I have waited to review this because as i thought it happened. Initially the phone is working fine and charging was good but suddenly the charging stopped. Now i dont know if its an problem of the device charging port or the battery. Charger is good since i was able able to charge it before.
Excerpt: Two weeks after receiving this phone the outer casing began to show hairline cracks. This was sent off for repair, and the white surround was replaced as the phone is still within warranty. Within a week, the cracks have begun to appear again. Other reviewers have had the same problem and it is well documented online. Very disappointing and I will not be returning to HTC (a shame, as family has given them good reviews, now we are all put off!
