Summary: The cell phone you will receive is a HTC Desire HD. There are differences between both phones, mainly the Desire HD does NOT support 4G. I was disappointed and upset when I found owas out that I deceived. The correct model number for an Inspire is PD98120.
After 3rd replacement/service, cannot afford down time.

Summary: I will try another phone.., cost is not an issue when the success of my business depends on reliability.
Pros: Ok, it is lite, bright, smooth and loads fast
Cons: What is happening? Nasty habit when 2 out of 4 company phones require removal of battery daily and bi-weekly removal and reinsert of sim card. Very frustrating when you MUST have relaibility....and cannot afford down time. Also never did get used to havin
AWESOME after you update the battery and get a big sd card!!! LOVE IT!

Summary: I love this phone more than any other I've had. I didn't think I'd like a touch screen, because I hate finger prints, and I loved the slider keyboards.. but I got a protector that helps with no finger prints, or grease smudges. The batter life SUCKS.. I had to charge it ALL the time.. BUT Thankfully You can order a bigger battery and it evens out to average. I wouldn't suggest keeping the factory size battery in it. I really enjoy it, though it does have some glitches.
Excerpt: Not sure if its just my inspire, but Ive had more problems with this phone then Ive ever had with any other phone. It freezes constantly where I have to take the battery out. I also get dead spots on the phone all the time, especially during texting. Apps run really slow and UI is laggy. The screen is really nice thouh and I love the look of it, its just missing the reliability I had with my iphone 4.
Summary: Cool concept but it needs much more work. It seems like this one went to market before all the bugs were worked out, which is risky. There are just too many bugs. But, if they could be fixed (fix the auto-car dashboard problem and the random inability to read any sim cards - even new ones) and make sure that the manual addresses all features and symbols and it might be less frustrating to use.
Pros: Easy to use Facebook, sometimes youtube.com, apps are easy to get and contacts and bluetooth set ups are very user friendly.
Cons: Auto Car Dashboard bug makes phone unusable. Bug that will not recognize a sim card randomly even when replaced is a huge disappointment.
Absolutely a great phone. None better in my opinion.

Summary: I absolutely love my HTC Inspire. This phone does everything I want it to do and then some. I was a little skeptical when my sister told me that once I used this phone that I would not want another phone ever; but she was right, I never want to have to give up this phone for anything. LOVE THIS PHONE. I would recommend it to anyone looking to buy a new phone.
Summary: HTC Inspire is awesome, it's actually easy for a smart phone. Love the internet option and it takes amazing photo's, took me a day to figure out and set my home PAGES, yes 5 homepages. everything u want or do is litterally at your fingertips.
Summary: I bought this to replace my IPhone. The phone had great potential but has fallen flat on reliability. My husband has the same phone and his pictures and music simply vanished one day. My phone completely stopped working after only 7 months. I am not hard on my phone, it has never been dropped nor gotten wet. When my two years are up I will be going back to the IPhone.
Pros: Screen Size, Layout, Number of Available Apps
Cons: Too Easy To Accidentally Turn Volume Off, Map Apps Are Terrible, Saved Pictures and Music Just Disappear, Completely Quit Working After 7 Months, Music File Not Easy To Navigate And Arrange
