Summary: I have used this phone for 8 months now after my iPhone 3g and it has slowly taught me to hate it. Also the manufacture warranty is terrible. I tried to get a refurbished phone however the very minor scratches are not covered by the warranty so they would have charged my full price for the phone. I have had this phone factory reset twice now and both times it helps at first but then slowly kills it. I do not put on a lot of apps at all, only Facebook is added.
Pros: Easily usable, can arrange what apps you want on the front or not, nice camera, can connect numbers with people on facebook to contacts in phone.
Cons: Reception problems from taking the cell phone out of my pocket to holding it, volume buttons stopped working (manufacture problem not due to damage), Facebook app occasionally does not work, this phone has problems shutting apps off, battery life.
Summary: I am a phone junkie and have had half of the phones both BB and Androids that are on the market since they very first one. The best thing about androids are the google connections..js log into your google and BAM all of your contacts and infor and screen js the way your own phone was, me likie.
Pros: Ease of use, large display screen
Cons: Close to impossible and very stupid battery removal., Battery Power is not so dandy, Kinda heavy for a phone
Excerpt: This was my first smart phone so I'm going off of what I've seen from other people's phones and what I have experienced in the retail store I work in. Pros: - Great screen - It's fast when it works! I'll cover this more later - easy to use - easy to learn Cons: - Battery life (depending on you!) can be a bit of a problem at times. I say depending on you because some days I will only be using the phone to text and it lasts all day all night.
Summary: The cell phone you will receive is a HTC Desire HD. There are differences between both phones, mainly the Desire HD does NOT support 4G. I was disappointed and upset when I found owas out that I deceived. The correct model number for an Inspire is PD98120.
After 3rd replacement/service, cannot afford down time.

Summary: I will try another phone.., cost is not an issue when the success of my business depends on reliability.
Pros: Ok, it is lite, bright, smooth and loads fast
Cons: What is happening? Nasty habit when 2 out of 4 company phones require removal of battery daily and bi-weekly removal and reinsert of sim card. Very frustrating when you MUST have relaibility....and cannot afford down time. Also never did get used to havin
AWESOME after you update the battery and get a big sd card!!! LOVE IT!

Summary: I love this phone more than any other I've had. I didn't think I'd like a touch screen, because I hate finger prints, and I loved the slider keyboards.. but I got a protector that helps with no finger prints, or grease smudges. The batter life SUCKS.. I had to charge it ALL the time.. BUT Thankfully You can order a bigger battery and it evens out to average. I wouldn't suggest keeping the factory size battery in it. I really enjoy it, though it does have some glitches.
Excerpt: Not sure if its just my inspire, but Ive had more problems with this phone then Ive ever had with any other phone. It freezes constantly where I have to take the battery out. I also get dead spots on the phone all the time, especially during texting. Apps run really slow and UI is laggy. The screen is really nice thouh and I love the look of it, its just missing the reliability I had with my iphone 4.
