Summary: I choose this rating because the features that was advertised is not what it is. It says unlocked but it is a Locked phone. I just hope I can unlocked it, if not my money is gone down the drain. I was deceived by the saler that it is an unlocked cell phone whereas it is not. I will definitely not recommend it to any body for now.
BLOATWARE! Tons of preinstalled apps u cant remove

Excerpt: Hat this phone because it's full of BLOATWARE. I've nothing against HTC Installing a few custom UIs and things because some people might prefer them but YOU CANNOT UNINSTALL IT. And it's not just one or 2 apps , there's absolutely loads of rubbish preinstalled that I don't use and just sits there using up memory, battery, data, etc. And for the techy's out there - it's REALLY difficult to root. Will not be buying HTC again.
Pros: hardware's generally well built (apart from aeriel), good camera
Cons: Bloatware, Lots of pre-installed apps you can't remove, aerial's not very good, signal's bad, almost impossible to root
Summary: Not happy with this phone, It was ok for a few days, then started to develop faults, running very slow, keypad problems, would turn itself off on its own for no reason, no refund from the seller because i did not let them know within the 14 day refund policy, they would have repaired it, but i really dont want this phone back again as its caused to much stress. No refund from Amazon so all in all i am very disappointed!!!

Excerpt: I have had this phone for a month. The speakerphone is rubbish you can't hear it, so don't use this phone for conference calls. The phones normal speaker is rubbish, I usually can't hear a caller. You can't customise notifications only ringtones. I miss a lot of phone calls because it is so quiet. It is painfull to set up. Just a few of the bugs in this dumbphone. The only option provided was a new (same) HTC phone. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PHONE!!!

Summary: I had an HTC Desire before this Incredible S and was very happy. This one however has technical issues. After MANY hours talking to O2 and HTC the upshot is there is a known issue with the interaction between the HTC Incredible S and the O2 3G network which HTC is taking their time fixing and O2 denies completely:- - Even with good signal calls often go straight to voicemail - If your phone loses connection it often will not re-acquire a connection unless you cycle power...
