Summary: Back when this phone was first released, within the first wave of 'smart'phones, this may have been a pretty decent phone. Nowadays, it is basically a brick. I bought this phone brand new and used it for about a year. The screen does not respond well to anyones fingers. The processor was incredibly slow and would lag just between swiping through the homescreen pages. If I wanted to use the internet or apps with any kind of hurry, the screen would sometimes freeze.
Summary: If you buy this phone then you are doomed. I bought this phone just a month ago and the next day it was giving me problems. I don't even know what works in this phone. Making a call and texting are just huge tasks. It froze and take time to process to make an urgent phone call. If another call comes while you are on the other line, the phone ceases to function. IT IS THE WOREST PHONE YOU CAN IMAGINE.
Summary: I was excited that I had found this product but when I received it, I took it to the Sprint store and they told me that they could not add it to my service. The agent called the help desk and they said that it would take an addiional 10-14 days to check it out to see why they were not able to add it. It was sold to me as new and it wasn't new. I had to go and purchase another phone like it at another store. It has been difficult to find a return address too.
Pros: -I like the size of it and that it was a HTC phone. - CAMERA QUALITY WAS AMAZING.
Cons: -Only lasted me 9 months -Battery power was terrible -Onec you hit over 100 text messages, it would make the entire phone run REALLY slow. -After a while, th lock button for the phone broke and it was impossible to do anything with it.
Summary: I hate this phone! To go from a Sprint Blackberry to this one is a nightmare! It dials people and i don't realize it. i will be talking and it will 3 way call during conversation because my cheek touched something. i cannot get the correct phone number in to dial. I can't wait til my contract gives me a new phone. Bad move!
