Summary: Bought in USA and using it in Canada, just bought a SIM card and bingo! I works flawlessly and as expected. My first HTC lasted nearly 3 years without any problem so I decided to stick with the same brand. I read bad reviews and comments on the internet which really don't make any sense at all considering my own experience. Great price, great size, great phone...great buy!
Summary: A lot of bang for the buck. I have had mine for about 2 years now. I have really enjoyed the phone and can give a strong critique of the pros and cons that others don't usually cover. Pros: The battery is an easy $5 replacement. Cases and protectors are still cheap and plentiful to order. The wider screen (compared to Nokias) works and looks great with the Windows GUI. Very solid operating system with few hangups.
This product isn't perfect, but for almost $45 it was practically a steal.

Summary: I didn't think I would have an issue with this phone; I honestly didn't, nor did I think I would have to be a frustrated customer to speak out against his paid-for product. When I received the phone, it was either on the previous owner's or the deliverer's part to inform me of its condition. The phone was delivered as shown and described, with cracks and a missing battery as well as a missing battery door.
Summary: The phone comes very quick., looks like new. The box and the menu are not origenal, I need to down load the "zune" first, and update the programs. I use it for T-moblie, it is good, but I don't know why it can not send and receive picture massages, and this is the reason I only rate it 4 stars.
