Summary: Great phone. I bought it for Jamaica and it does everything with the exception that it keeps saying internal memory is low. When I try moving some of the apps, it says there is nothing to move. Otherwise, it's a great phone. Just need to figure out the internal memory!
Excerpt: It's a great phone, it's camera sucks, it fits in your hand like a charm. The speed is okay to use. The build quality is excellent. It would be better if they add Beats to this set. The phone is very nice to use.
Pros: Very good build quality., Internet., Display., Call quality.
Summary: I purchased this phone back in mid September of last year & I must say it was a great budget buy. I had been looking for a phone that would be suitable for light to moderate daily use, and a phone that would be more so on the smaller side; I found it in this HTC Explorer. (I did a huge amount of research before purchasing, as I was choosing between this and the Samsung Galaxy Y) I'd heard from tech savvy friends that HTC was more reliable as opposed to Samsung, although...
Excerpt: I had been happy with the phone, it has a great display and is a handy size. However the battery is the worst one I have ever had. It goes to sleep like an Ipod touch, then you have to turn it back on by pressing the power button. However it eats up so much battery that it will completely run out of charge after a day even if its only ever been on stand by.
Summary: I bought this phone mainly for the value. I was in the middle of a service contract and needed a new phone. This one sufficed for the time being. Memory isn't an issue for me since I bought a 16GB memory card for it. I have simple needs. I use it mainly for calls, text, and as an mp3 player. I've had a few hiccups along the way, but they weren't too much to handle. One thing that bothered me was the screen size.
Summary: I got my new phone about a month ago, didn't rush in to review the item until a decent amount of time had passed. The price is very accomodating I will start by saying that, I like small phones, and I like smart phones, couldn't put it any other way. The reason I approached this device was because I wanted to move up from my Samsung Galaxy Mini.
