Excerpt: "...the time) such as the HTC Desire HD and HTC Sensation and Samsung Galaxy S II. When my friend and colleague told me about the HTC explorer I was very interested - I was never too keen on the larger handsets, the handset was going to be released in the next little while, and the clincher was that it was Java and Flash compatible. The handset has a high resolution 3.2" touchscreen and I was immediately impressed with the vivid colours and the clarity ...
Pros: Bright, clear screen, stylish design and Compact form
Cons: typical battery life, small screen makes web navigation clumsy
Summary: I'm quite tight and I'm not a massive 'phone person' but I am young, I like the internet and I do quite like a couple of the better apps out there. So with this in mind I thought the HTC explorer sounded like a suitable modest smartphone at a reasonable cost. . . Well I bought one and have had it about 4 months, so I feel I've got to know it pretty well and have tried to do most of the things it can do.
Summary: Hi, I was on the look out for a entry level/mid range android phone and finally narrowed down my choices to the LG optimus NET and the HTC explorer. The optimus NET looked better on paper with a faster processor and a larger battery. As they say, the proof of the pudding is in the eating, one on one this phone is far better than the competition in terms of build quality and performance.
Summary: ---------------------------------------------------------- I have tried both wildfire s and explorer.explorer performs better. the only thing is that explorers camera is inferior to wildfire and no flash ................................................................it hasn't got compass sensor for maps.
Summary: A good phone if you are looking for a smartphone that isn't too high-tech or fussy. Good sized phone with good graphics and features, like youtube and weather apps, which are helpful. My only complaint is the phone's internal memory and battery life. The internal memory is very limited and the battery life could be improved.

Pros: can operate fast and reliable internet connection
Cons: it hangs some times specially at the time of incomming calls
Summary: It beat the best s3 and the sound quality is awesome, just to make clear that there is headphone within the box and it's of best quality, flipkart service awesome saved 800+300(memory card) with it.
Summary: The HTC Explorer is not suitable for making phone calls. It may have other attributes, but making phone calls is not one of them. It is also not suitable for answering calls. The screen is useless in daylight. Scrolling thru contacts calls each one you touch. This could cost you.
Excerpt: "...never knew much about the HTC brand before I chose this model but now that their popularity is growing I have become more intrigued in looking at their models. I went to a phone retailer and they recommended this one too me as I didn't want a ridiculously expensive phone for work but I did want one that would have all of the necessary features that I would need to keep in contact. ===APPEARANCE=== The HTC Explorer is a really nice phone to look ...
