Excerpt: "I really like this phone, however I am constantly having to charge it up about once a day at least so I have started turning it off completely overnight to preserve battery life. Also I find the qwerty keyboard is so small I am constantly hitting wrong letters, backspacing when I don't want to and hitting 'send' by mistake. I am not keen on having to press a small button on the top every time I want to use it as the screensaver kicks in frequently ...
Pros: Small, light, easy to use
Cons: Poor battery life, very small qwerty keyboard makes texting difficult

Excerpt: HTC explorer as it's a budgetary android with most awarded htc sense interface is value for money over samsung. Althrough samsung offers better hardware specs than htc in this price-tag it doesn't give android experience like htc explorer which fulfills the users who are new to this android world. It inhibits a 600MHz arm v7 processor ,512Mb ram,150 Mb internal storage ,Android 2.3.4 with htc sense 3.5.Pros,adreno 200 gpu.Main pros : 1.good display 2.nice interface 3.good...
Summary: Not a very sensitive touch screen makes this quite frustrating to use. Very limited internal memory seriously restricts app usage even with an enormous micro SD card it was still lacking as it fails to utilise it. Very easy to delete all your data when it runs out of memory (which is daily), not very clear.
Summary: Very nice and handy little phone with very good grip even without the additional cover. I'm surprised it has been withdrawn from most of the places as an old phone. It's got android, fairly good speed, nice and responsive screen, very good battery life of approx. 2-3 days with normal usage and 5 days on mainly standby, very handy to write messages and very good range and conversations quality. To me it's still a very up-to-date phone.
What I Love Most About The Htc Phone That I Have Is The Home Screen

Excerpt: One of the reasons why I felt I should buy HTC Explorer as my first Android was the fact that it was a phone of very affordable kind. Even though I had heard of other budget smartphones HTC was one of those brands that one associates with good quality and class performance. A few days after I had bought it I was flabbergasted to know that I could/should have bought one with higher internal memory because it would not be of the phones which would be upgraded to Android...
