Summary: This is a good jumping-off point into the world of Android for new smartphone users. Unfortunately, I've been spoiled by better phones and had to buy this as a cheap replacement for a broken device. No Android 4. Very slow loading for the HTC Sense interface. Tiny memory with so much bloatware that very few other major apps can fit on the phone. Pros: generally durable. I like the kickstand at the back. Overall: if you want a phone for the long term, steer clear.
Summary: I am a first time smart phone user. The manual that comes with phone, basically says how to turn it on and nothing else. Only purchase if you all ready know how to use a smart phone. Battery life is poor. Phone lasts about 4 hours after full charge.

Summary: The reason I rated just OK is that is does not come with a SD card. I was replacing my old phone that I could use but the screen was broken so I will take my SD card out of my old phone when I get ready to change over and start using my new phone. If someone was buying this phone to up grade or for other reasons they would have to find an SD card to put in the phone.
Summary: I was initially buying this phone to replace my broken phone, but once I received the phone, I quickly decided to fix my other phone. The features are worse than my old phone. I just don't like this phone, but my girlfriend loves it. Don't get me wrong, there's nothing wrong with the phone. I'm just spoiled since my previous phone was a better/newer phone.
Summary: The phone is nicely built but a bit heavy. Great 3D camera. Never seen anything like it before. Battery drains very fast. Not sure if it's the phone or the service (VM..a very long story). I barely had any signal indoor (again VM long story). I returned the phone because of the bad signal and VM service.
Summary: I enjoy the phone, it's superior to my old phone in so many ways, is faster, larger screen, clearer images, the camera(s) are better, to name a few of the qualities I enjoy about it. I don't like that it fell from my hip, merely two and a half feet, onto a flat floor and the touch screen shattered while it was in an otter box of the defender series. My old phone ( LG optimus)was much more durable, with out a protection case.
Summary: The sms error is very annoying. Hopefully there is a fix. The vibration feature tens to stop working after multiple texts. Over all great phone with great features. I can't return it for another so I'm not sure what I will do.
Summary: I have had my Evo for 3 weeks, had to have it replaced because of texting/calling issues. Called HTC, they told me to call Virgin Mobile and tell them to 're-provision' my account, which they did and it appears to have fixed the problem. Other than that, I love, love, love this phone.
