Summary: It's a sharp smartphone which came with the Sprint network in my area. It takes quality photos and videos. The battery life is horrible and you'll need to keep it charged constantly, in the car or at home. It's nor cheap compared to other androids and services. I would suggest keeping it in pristine condition because if ANYTHING goes wrong and you need to have repairs it's going to cost you ALOT!!!
Summary: This phone is very cheaply made and has buggy issues. I dropped it once with a case on and it started doing weird things. It would call people, delete items and type by itself. While it worked I had constant radio frequency errors and 3g connection issues. There was no 4g coverage in my area. The features of the phone were enjoyable but the constant struggling with the errors was very annoying and caused quite a bit of frustration.
Summary: I ordered a NEW phone, and received I'm guessing a refurbished phone. The charger port you could tell had track marks from being used. The battery was scratched/marked up. As soon as I opened it up, I took it to sprint to activate it and check if it was used/water damaged (I had read a review about one phone having the water mark show damage). Sprint said there was sticky liquid IN the phone and wouldn't work very long.
Summary: The product description was "Like New". The phone I received is anything but like new. The screen is covered in scratches and there's a crack on the bottom left corner of the phone. The kickstand is a little loose. I am not satisfied.
Summary: Summary: Phone failed in first 3 months, HTC botched the repair and still hasn't rectified the situation after more than a month. This was my first Android phone and the first phone I ever bought outright without a contract. I have no complaints about the phone itself, other than the fact that the screen backlight failed in the third month that I owned it. That is when the nightmare started.
