Summary: The HTC EVO 4g LTE that I purchased was not unlocked as stated. When I attempted to activate with a different company, they state that it has a bad ESN and that the original owner needs to settle their problem with Sprint before it is unlocked.
Summary: My experience so far with tech support is laughable! The system that is set up for troubleshooting or getting an issue resolved is NON-existent! I understand its beta but the money we pay is not monopoly money, its REAL cash. So I would expect by this time that support should be real.
Summary: I'M ON MY THIRD EVO. FIRST ONE WOULDN'T HOLD A CHARGE, SECOND ONE THE POWER BUTTON BROKE AFTER 2 DAYS, THE THIRD ONE NO ONE CAN HEAR ME AND THE OS IS OUTDATED SO I CAN'T LOAD MY QUICKEN APP ON IT AND I CAN'T SYNC TO MY PC BECAUSE I HAVE WINDOWS 8.1. I DISLIKE EVERY THING ABOUT THIS PHONE.
Summary: This is the worst phone ever NEVER would I recommend this phone or the Freedom Pop Company. Phone has never worked it has been nothing but a head ache. I have had neuromas lost or dropped calls. I have been trying to find a job so this was the worst phone for that purpose.
