Summary: There is not much to say except the phone is junk. The screen goes crazy and does whatever it wants, half the time I can't even use it. It won't let me use my data I pay for. When I am in the middle of calls my phone just hangs up by itself. Certain letters don't work on the keyboard unless I turn the phone sideways to make the keyboard long. Also no memory card will work in it so I can't save photo's or do the updates the phone is supposed to have.
Summary: I have had nothing but problems with this phone. due to an insurance plan i have been able to turn it in and swap it out for another evo 3D and had the same problems with each and every one. I Personally have gone through 5 and am now on my 6th. My Father and both of My sisters had gone through about a total of 5 of these phones before they were able to junk it out and get an Iphone. I STRONGLY discourage anyone from buying this phone, you will have nothing but regrets.
Pros: honestly, I have had so many problems with this phone that it is hard to see any pros
Cons: -phone will randomly turn off, -phone will freeze up, - 3D camera does not produce quality images, very oversold in the commercials, - it takes 15 min to download an application no matter if you are using wifi or the mobile network energy connection
Summary: My GF purchased this phone on her Sprint contract. It basically lives in her purse at work, and is used at home as her computer. Three times the screen just refused to respond to touch. The last two times the screen turned black completely with all 4 touch buttons lighting up at the bottom. If you knew what you were doing you could still maneuver the phone. Water dot was still white on all. New phone ordered.
Pros: Good screen, front facing camera
Cons: Battery abysmal and that's with replacement batteries, crapped out 5 times.
Made me want to throw it out my car window serveral times

Summary: My husband and I both bought the Evo 3d as upgrades and within 6 months they froze up, could not hit any of the buttom buttons. Wouldnt allow us to hang up so if we got someones voice mail we would leave them a ten min mess. couldnt hit back on internet so I would have to start at the beginning. Really fustrated with this phone. First one I ever had a problem with out of all my sprint/nextel phones. It was with both of our phones, same problems.
Summary: Hey guys, stay away from Sprint. Less than a month after getting the EVO 3d, the SD card corrupted and sprint blamed me for it, saying I loaded pictures and that did it...which I haven't. They don't pay for the SD card, nor does insurance cover it. I talked to three operators, all who said they can't offer a solution. Help spread the word. I will put this post on all social media and review sites regarding Sprint.
Pros: Fancy features
Cons: Phone stops working correctly within a month!!
Summary: I wanted a phone that could do wireless wifi so that I could work on my commute When the phone works its great. Unfortunately before any internet or email use I have to restart 3-4 times (generally my entire commute). Today I restarted 12 times before giving up, coming home and writing this. All in all this phone absolutely sucks... and its the second one. The first one froze all the time so Sprint replaced it with this one.
Pros: Great camera, 3d!, supposed to stream wi-fi
Cons: Internet NEVER works, email doesn t sink, freezes constantly
Excerpt: Honestly, I can't stand this phone. I've had it for about a year now. I find that when ever I am outside and it is cold, my phone freezes up and won't let me type anything. I've also noticed that the battery life is just terrible. My phone dies too quickly. I've also had problems with not being able to cancel calls that I didn't even mean to start...the phone will go crazy and begin to select things I didn't even click! I've had to restart this phone so many times.
