  • Conclusion: For those who looking for a new phone: look no further than the DROID Incredible by HTC. For those who are waiting for the new iPhone to be announced, if Apple doesn’t at least meet all (or most) of the features in this device, feel confident in jumping ship with me.

HTC Droid Incredible (Verizon Wireless)

19 August 2010
  • Summary: With its polished design and user interface, and blazing fast speeds, the HTC Droid Incredible takes pole position as Verizon's top smartphone and is now the Android device to beat.
  • Pros: The HTC Droid Incredible is blazingly fast, thanks to Verizon's 3G network. HTC Sense enhances the features of Android 2.1, and the smartphone features an 8-megapixel camera and 8GB of internal memory. Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and 3G are all onboard.
  • Cons: You can't use voice and data at the same time. The multimedia experience is adequate but still behind the competition.

Aaron's HTC DROID Incredible review

12 August 2010
  • Summary: This is the device that makes you sit back and think "this is everything that the Nexus One should have been."  With a 1 GHz Snapdragon processor, 8.0-megapixel camera, 8 GB of built-in storage, and HTC's (fantastic) Sense UI, it literally improves upon the Nexus One in every sense (no pun intended).  The phone is snappy, and applications open with fluidity and ease.  The only thing that's not incredible about the Incredible is the battery life.
  • Pros: Stunning AMOLED display, fast 1 GHz Snapdragon processor, 8 GB of built-in storage (finally), and 8.0-megapixel camera.
  • Cons: Signal strength indicator is misleading; battery life is exceptionally poor.

HTC Droid Incredible Video Review

14 July 2010
  • Conclusion: Verizon Wireless and HTC have a hit on their hands with the Droid Incredible. It's not only a very good Android phone, it's also one of the better smartphones on the market today. Verizon Wireless customers have some really great phone options, and the Incredible deserves to be at the top of the list.
  • Pros: Speedy 1GHz Snapdragon processor, Vibrant 3.7-inch touchscreen, Free turn-by-turn directions, Pocketable form factor
  • Cons: Optical joystick somewhat small, Recorded video is a bit grainy, Can't use voice and data at the same time

HTC Droid Incredible Review

26 June 2010
  • Excerpt: The HTC Droid Incredible: with a name like that, expectations are high for HTC’s latest Android release. It’s comparable to the HTC Desire , but it packs some extra features and it’s the only device of its kind, at least for now, that’s geared for the US market. Meaning, this is the first time we’re seeing Android 2.1 with HTC’s stunning Sense UI on such a powerful device in the States, so that alone certainly has Verizon Wireless subscribers in a frenzy.
  • Pros: + AMOLED display is excellent
  • Cons: - Battery cover design takes time to get used to and has questionable build quality
