Summary: I loved the phone itself, but very soon after getting it I cracked my screen after dropping it one time from a short distance. Gorrila glass isn't any better at all. It broke way easier than regular glass.
Summary: so a little background before i begin my review. My first smart phone was the original HTC incredible. It was truly an amazing phone. Not just for casual use but for heavy work use. I love the HTC interface more then any other brand. After the HTC incredible i gave a try on some Motorola products. I found Motorola to have very strong built phones but with more then its fair share of software bugs. After i lost interest in Motorola product i bought the DNA.
Summary: This is my third droid and loved my past phones. I bought the HTC DNA for the screen size and updated camera. It was great until a few months in; now the phone keeps having SIM card issues and blocks out service. The only way to fix it is restart the phone. This is a problem because if I don't know it loses connection/SIM issues, I don't receive calls. It's become a huge annoyance and is very problematic for me since I use it for both work and personal.
Summary: I waited 30 days to do this review. One major flaw with this phone, SIM Card not found. verizon's fix replace the sim card, 4x later replace the sim card. due to this issue I missed several important calls regarding work. Hopefully HTC fixes this issue.
Very small screen face. Slow to connect & browse internet.

Summary: The specifications as described by the seller were close to accurate, however I would recommend adding the actual screen size specifications. It is very small and disappointing for a smartphone. I chose this phone to replace my Incredible 2 since the overall dimensions seemed to be the same. The Eris is definatley smaller. The screen itself is a mere 2.5 tall by 1-3/4 Wide. The Incredible screen is 3.5 Tall by 3-3/4 Wide.
