Summary: I had Verizon warranty two DNAs because the SIM card would cause my phone to lose service. A TERRIBLE design by HTC. They should have put the SIM card behind the battery instead of making it accessible from the side. My phone would randomly lose service and I wouldn't know unless I checked it every so often. I don't want to babysit my phone, I run a business, this phone is NOT reliable.
Summary: This was by far the phone I have liked above any other I have ever had. After about a month of having the phone it started giving the message; "Change of SIM detected". As it began to increase in frequency I noticed that whenever this happened everything shut down except for power. Whether I talking, texting, or streaming video; everything stops. I have done everything but send the phone to HTC for repair.
Summary: I did love this phone , till it started to overheat like really bad where it was really uncomfortable to hold it. Then it suddenly started to not turn on , had to plug it in. Then the screen started to die and there was a blue spot that you could only notice here and there. Then the phone not sending text messages. Yeah its an alright phone , i still regret buying it.
Summary: I have owned my DNA for about two months. I was loving it, until last week. Now, three+ times per day, there is a SIM card error. At that point, my phone is useless. The worst part is that I don't even know when it happens. I have missed several important calls and have missed an alarm, or two, because of this. The only way to fix the error is to restart my phone.
Summary: We want a device identical to the specifications of the Samsung Galaxy Note II but HTC, because the butterfly weak battery, memory, and you can not add external memory and other specifications weaker,Power button place error must be sound buttons to place easily accessible, thanks
Summary: Port door to charge is in a bad place and I cracked screen on 1st phone when it was dropped a short distance, and on both phones within first couple of days the port charger door fell off on both of them, I wish I would of got a different phone now. Its been a hassle already!
Summary: this would be a great upgrade from the rezound but we decided to get the rezound over the dna due to no removable battery so u cant change it out if it goes bad and u cant upgrade the battery to a better one with longer life and there is no sd card for storage. everyone doesn't want to store all their info in a cloud. i recommend rezound over dna to everyone.
Summary: Obviously going from a 3G to a 4G phone I was impressed with the speed, and 2GBs of ram is more than enough for a smartphone. I purchased this phone due to the fact that it currently has the best hardware out there, but I am having some major issues with the software (Android 4.1.1 and HTC sense 4+). With the DNA, you have the ability to group apps and icons in folders on the home screen without going into the all app selection.
