Summary: I got this phone about 6 months ago and I loved it, after I had it about 3 months it started messing up bad! It disconnects itself from wifi and says sims updating. It will completely make you start over what you're doing. My husband has it too and his keeps saying the sims card isn't in it. It gets horrible service also. I wouldn't recommend this phone to my worst enemy! All it was was a waste of money!
Summary: Unfortunately I've had a lot of issues with the DNA. I've had mine for 8 months and it's almost unusable. For over a month I had constant SIM card errors that disabled the phone from service. I would have to restart the phone several times a day. The latest problem is the screen becoming unresponsive and freezing. I do not recommend this phone.
Summary: At first I was excited to own my very own HTC phone through Verizon. Then I became really upset when it kept freezing, locking up on me, slowly started to load everything, wouldn't move fast at all. I went to Verizon and they changed the sim card thinking it was that. Then the next day, I couldn't even answer my phone calls, nor see my texts. It random turn the whole screen green and purged the battery dead. Summary: I have had this phone for 6 months. At first, I had the SIM card issue. You can google it and you will find a description, it's widely known. I got a new SIM card and the issue went away. Now, there is a software issue. The phone sporadically decides to launch apps (particularly an audio program) and drop calls. It has moments (sometimes for an hour) where it acts like it's ADD.

Summary: I've worked for one of the big 4 cell providers for many years and have always been an advocate of HTC, after using a very large handful of different phones, its no question that HTC does a great job designing their devices and will continue to be a leader in the market place. My review of this device is not the internal quality but rather the external.
Summary: I LOVED this phone when I first got it. The display is the best one I've ever had on a phone. Recently, my phone started having the infamous SIM card issues. Every day when I'm at work downtown, my data drops to about .5mb download, stops working all together, and then says there's no SIM card. I've had it replaced as well as the SIM card and NOTHING is changing. This is a known issue but they already pushed an update back in April to "fix" it but nothing got better.
Summary: Please make sure to search online regarding the frequent sim card errors with this phone. I first purchased the phone in February and over the past 4 months I have received 4 new sim cards and a new refurbished phone. Even with these "fixes" I will frequently lose service 5-10 times /day. This issue makes it impossible to enjoy what may otherwise be a great phone.
Summary: this non expandable and cannot take battery out to reset piece of garbage has crashed 4X (in 4 months) and I am done with it. of course the network blames the hardware and the hardware blames the network or third party apps and nothing can be done to make a customer happy. will be a long 2 years with this piece of junk DO NOT GET A DNA !!

Summary: Well first of all I do remember ordering two phones one was the galaxy note 2 for 14.99 witch someone said never paid for and I have all the info on that. Then I got that htc droid but I never got it I did get a email reference # for it but I never received it can someone tell me whos ganna give me back my money for both of them.someone there is a thief and I dont think its cool how you people get away with it.
Summary: In general I love this phone, but i have had three Droid DNA's now and every one of them has serious SIM card issues. I have tried and tried to find a solution, but there is none. The last software patch was supposed to fix it, but it did not. When the SIM card issues happen you cannot send or receive any phone calls or texts. It is terrible and in my opinion it ruins an otherwise great product.
