EXCELLENT

  • Summary: I absolutely adore this phone, even though it's an older model. I had one around a year and a half ago and I ended up dropping it in the water :C.. So I just had to get another.. It runs flawlessly and never skips a beat! It EASILY has the BEST keyboard I've ever used on a phone, no hesitation or lag when you type and it's not super hard to press the buttons but they still leave you with a satisfying click to let you know that you pressed the key.

  • Summary: This my second purchase of an HTC Arrive. The first one, bought as an early adaption, from my carrier. The App Store at the time seemed pretty dismal, but, the handset's build quality and performance were stellar. The tilt screen keyboard remain stand outs with the keyboard still one of the best out there.

Sprint HTC Arrive Windows 7 Smart Phone

C. Pinkham "Pinkham", Amazon
17 March 2013
  • Summary: This phone came well packaged and the seller's description was spot-on. I have not found any defects after almost a month of service. Windows 8 is taking some time to get used to. There were a few settings (e.g. font size and an easier on/off system) on the Blackberry Curve I had, but this phone is out of the Blackberry's league. One problem is the redial or flash to call area at the top of the phone's screen. I kept hitting it with my ear and hanging up on people.

  • Summary: Great Windows phone and easy to type on. I had mine about 8 months before it got wet and the screen couldn't be saved. My choice was to go back with the best phone there is for Sprint so I got another one.

Best phone I've ever owned

Jack Manfred, Amazon
22 August 2012
  • Summary: I switched to this phone from a Samsung Android phone, and there is simply no comparison in the OS finish and fluidity, stability and ease of use, leaving Windows 7.5 leaps and bounds ahead of its competition. The Arrive's hardware/software integration is seamless, and on a par with any premium handset. Microsoft did a great job in partnering with HTC and ensuring the final product works effortlessly with all Microsoft/Windows software.

  • Summary: This is the BEST phone i have ever used, with the battery life of an old analog phone. 1 Charge lasts minimum 10 hours. Getting more apps every day, many apps i use daily are here. I have used Nexus S 4G, HTC EVO 4G, iPhone 3GS, and many before then including some old Windows Mobile.

Easy, yet powerful

Joe Madison, Amazon
10 July 2012
  • Summary: I was looking for a smartphone with a small learning curve for my wife (an admitted technophobe) yet with powerful features for me. Windows Phone 7 seemed to be the right operating system, and since we are on Sprint, The HTC Arrive was the only choice available. After reading the mostly positive reviews online and checking into the OS updates (much has been improved since the original Windows Phone 7 was released) I got two of these as free upgrades.
