Summary: The phone is good as a phone, but I had trouble setting up my Exchange server (2008) for email. Other email accounts, such as Gmail, were no problem. My Exchange server problem was that I wanted an SSL connection to my server and the phone insisted that I needed a security certificate and so no connection could be made without one. I know that this is not correct because I use iPhones on my Exchange server without a security certificate.
Very fast, but the marketplace needs more developers.

Summary: I purchased this phone just to try out Windows take on a smartphone. Very fast and an amazing keyboard, but the down side is the lack of apps in the Windows marketplace. Coming from using an android with a giant marketplace the Windows marketplace is a huge difference. I say save yourself some money and get an Android phone. Unless you want to spend more for a fast phone with only a fraction of the apps.
Pros: Attractive look. Keyboard is occasionally handy. Tilt Screen is nice for watching video, and as an alarm clock.

Summary: I purchased this phone because I enjoyed the Touch Pro 2 and I wanted another windows phone. If you fit into any of those categories "do no buy". The platform is the exact same as the Zune. You can't get into files or do anything advance of this system. IT DOES NOT have a SD slot or a sim card. Any contacts, photo's, etc will NOT transfer from the popular app "Windows MY Phone".
