Very fast, but the marketplace needs more developers.

  • Summary: I purchased this phone just to try out Windows take on a smartphone. Very fast and an amazing keyboard, but the down side is the lack of apps in the Windows marketplace. Coming from using an android with a giant marketplace the Windows marketplace is a huge difference. I say save yourself some money and get an Android phone. Unless you want to spend more for a fast phone with only a fraction of the apps.

"Looks too much like the HTC Touch Pro 2"

17 September 2011
  • Pros: Attractive look. Keyboard is occasionally handy. Tilt Screen is nice for watching video, and as an alarm clock.
  • Cons: It's obviously a warmed over WinPhone7 version of the HTC Touch Pro 2, which is the phone I presently have. Terrible phone. Lots of cool looking features that are poorly implemented and work inconsistently. Add a counter-intuitive interface and terribl

Not what you EXPECT

bill.m314, Ebay
5 August 2011
  • Summary: I purchased this phone because I enjoyed the Touch Pro 2 and I wanted another windows phone. If you fit into any of those categories "do no buy". The platform is the exact same as the Zune. You can't get into files or do anything advance of this system. IT DOES NOT have a SD slot or a sim card. Any contacts, photo's, etc will NOT transfer from the popular app "Windows MY Phone".

"No Outlook or Real File Sync"

zeitgeistre, CNET
22 March 2011
  • Pros: Nice feel. Like the interface and new from the ground-up operating system of Windows Phone 7. The tiles to apps is better than a phone full of apps.
  • Cons: As I have read over and over again after purchasing this phone two days ago -- people buy Windows Mobile to use Outlook -- not possible here.
