Summary: I liked the phone itself, it's very compact and I was ordering it for my daughter to replace another phone that she accidently broke. This was in my price range until we are able to upgrade her line. I got the phone and put the sim card in and kept getting a sim card error. I thought maybe I was doing something wrong so I took the phone to the A T & T store and the store associate said that it's not the sim card, it's the phone.
Summary: THE PHONE DIED IN LESS THAN 2 MTHS. I GOT MAYBE A MONTHS WORTH OF USE OUT OF THE PHONE. THE VENDOR SERVICE IS EVEN WORSE. TAKE THE ADVISE OF AN OLD FOOL NEVER BUY THIS PHONE AND NEVER BUY FROM THIS VENDOR RUN FOR THE HILLS.
Excerpt: I made a big mistake when I purchased the Aria from the low battery life, I can't keep it off the charger from 10am to 6pm even if I'm not using it. to the difficult to use keyboard which is so small you are forever hitting the wrong letter or number. It is not easy to use and it's functions take forever to get to I have to hit end call like 5 times to hang up on a call it is so unresponsive.
Summary: Was also disappointed, I love the phone, but it only works on Edge not 3G. They sent me the 6366a not the A6380 unlocked international phone, so I was duped here, I think Amazon should not allow people to do this to us. I wanted a phone that has 3G, this was an AT&T phone not an international phone and is not running on 3G, much slower, since using it with Simpel Mobile who works with T-Mobile.
Not necessarily as the description explicitly states

Summary: Be careful of the dealer you purchase this phone from. Many of them are actually delivering the A6366 AT&T branded model of the phone, claiming that the unlocked AT&T version is identical to the international version. This is an inaccurate statement, as their hardware specs, specifically the frequencies the radios use for 3G, differ in such way that the international version is unable to utilize 3G in the U.S.
Try to take the back off without damaging your phone!!!!

Summary: Bought it brand new, and it's ruined already. I spent over a week trying to delicately open up the back to insert a memory card - using fingernails, small scissors, a small pocket knife, a pen... Nothing. Finally had to pry the thing open with a knife, and now it's bent up and scratched up - and I still haven't managed to open it. I'm ready to simply smash it to pieces. Don't waste your money on this piece of crap. Yeah, it's cheap. But that's what you get - cheap crap.
