Do not buy this phone unless it's a gift to someone you hate!!!

Summary: I cannot say enough bad things about this phone. First, it is almost unusable when using it as a normal telephone. For some reason, the slightest movement of my hand when holding the phone to my ear results in it thinking that I want to do something on the screen. Usually (and I do mean usually) it cuts me off or creates a conference call. Other times it might try to send a message. It's completely random and renders the phone useless.
Summary: Awesome little phone. 8 GB is good enough to put on like 20-25 or so apps and still have breathing room. The back is tough to get off but that also means it isn't slipping off on its own. Much prefer the Windows Phone OS over android. It's clean. Things have a polished look. Apps are cleanly removed (unlike on android). The call quality could be slightly better but that honestly might be Sprint towers, not the phone. I use this phone on Ting and it works great.
Windows Phone 8 has its drawbacks, but this phone great

Summary: This phone processes everything so fast and the battery lasts forever. Under normal circumstances I never consider turning off any of the functions (wifi, gps, mobile data, etc.) in order to save battery. It runs Windows Phone 8 (not 8.1) which certainly has its drawbacks when comparing this phone to an Android phone. There are a lot of things I like about Windows Phone 8, but there are a lot of things that I don't.
Summary: I bought this phone to use with RingPlus and it works great. After a couple weeks I am happy that the battery life is good. I'm going 3 days between charges with 50% of the battery remaining with mostly standby. Not as many apps available as with an android, but not why I picked this phone. Love the live tiles over a screen filled with blank stares from icons. Charge the battery first.
Summary: For the price, this is a terrific phone. Everything came as expected and the phone works like a charm. The interface is very easy to use and is very smooth. The back cover is hard to take off but you would only need to remove it if putting a microSD card in for extra space. I'm not sure how i feel about the two tone on the back. It's okay i guess. It's pretty thin. The battery is not removable. I've come to like Windows phones.
Summary: First of all did not match description. Sealed case w/out ability to add sim card. 8gb not expandable. But it gets worse. After 10 days it suddenly went dark and began to vibrate at random intervals. Though it was fully charged I plugged in 24 hours and tried reset to no avail. Too bad because I really liked it up to that point.
... gave 2 stars based on the phone itself being amazing, but HOLY CRAP

Summary: I gave 2 stars based on the phone itself being amazing, but HOLY CRAP! does Microsoft need to get their "STUFF" together. Microsoft system, apps, and basic fundamental's are light years behind....... GET IT TOGETHER Microsoft!
Summary: I'm really loving my new HTC 8XT Windows 8 phone. I am finding a few anomalies however. First off, I can't charge my phone on a Windows 7 machine, which is a problem at work. Disappointed there are no drivers written for W7. I was able to get it working using an old USB hub that didn't install correctly, so the power is simply passing through the device to the phone. Not ideal obviously, but it's working at least.
Pros: Processor is great, no hiccups, apps load quickly, Extremely easy to use and windows OS is simple to comprehend, WiFi download is excellent, Screen is very sharp, great colors and good contrast
Cons: Problem with text message repeats, Speakers are above average
