The Garmin-ASUS nuvifone M20 is a smartphone that has an integrated GPS navigator. It is the second smartphone after its predecessor, the Garmin-ASUS nuvifone G60 as a result from the alliance between Garmin and Asus. The Garmin-ASUS nuvifone M20 spots a slim design that is pocketable, with a resistive touchscreen on the front as well as a navigation pad, and Call and End buttons located on both sides.

The Garmin-ASUS nuvifone M20 measures 95.3 mm x 52.5 mm x 12.8 mm (H x W x D) in dimension and weighs approximately 99 g. It features an integrated Garmin nuvi navigation system that comes preloaded with local maps. Besides that, it also includes maps from North America, eastern and Western Europe or specific Asia-Pacific regions. Besides that, the system also comes with millions of points of interest (POIs) including hotels, restaurants and street addresses. The GPS system includes both pedestrian and driving modes. For safety purposes, the Garmin-ASUS nuvifone M20 also features a “Where am I?” function that displays your current address and nearest police, hospital and fuel services in one click. The Garmin-ASUS nuvifone M20 runs on the Windows Mobile 6.1 operating system and comes with Pocket Office features that can view Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote and PDF files. The user interface displays primary icons including Call, Search and View Map on every page of the UI. Besides that, there are also Location Based Service (LBS) Centric Applications which is a suit of online applications and dynamic relevant data from Garmin-Asus that adds location aware intelligence to navigation, phone and browser functions, including local search, social networking, email, SMS, as well as geo-coded photo sharing. Additional features include real-time traffic information, Google Local search, White Pages, weather, flight status and movie times.
