Summary: Since I wear 2 hearing aids I had great expectations for this phone. I can't hear any better with it than I could with my land line phone but the price is right and I don't get many calls so I like it. I don't get any more telemarketers so that is great (for now). I just have to get used to it and I will like it better. Harry V.
"easy use, easy read, easy setup. Excellent for seniors"

Pros: high viz keyboard and screen. easy view of screen, with good definition. Keyboard easy to use. Selection of menu easy and logical. Data input very simple. Has bluetooth which sets up easily.
Cons: charge inlet plug is on side, rather than top or bottom. Charge input into car dc plug lights up too brightly, altho in blue. Charger input plug is on wrong side (left, rather than right, for ease of use when plugged.
Excerpt: There is a command to cancel the emergency call, but better put at the top of the list people who don’t balk too much at the idea of receiving false alerts. Packages for Seniors Doro PhoneEasy also comes with some packages especially designed for seniors who don’t use their phone a lot. Companies offers a $15 package with 100 minutes, $20 with 150 minutes and $25 with 200 minutes.
Summary: Bought this phone to use as hard of hearing and have hearing aids. Only problem is, cannot retrieve messages on voice mail without use of PIN. Spoken to service provider who has no knowledge how to use this phone, so we just get people to try and call again.
Summary: Very clear for husband with eye problems. Basic easy to use but don't understand the price - it has no extras cannot cost anymore to produce than basic models from supermarket. But it does what is says and perfect for our needs.
Summary: My early thoughts are pleasing - the phone is really easy to use, large, clear screen and execelent volume. Battery life good, however I did experience a strange fault - I opened the phone up to be faced with a 'mirror image' screen, hit a few buttons - menu etc with no effect. I switched it off and back on and all was back to normal. It's only happened once - so I hope it was just a strange software blip.
Summary: I bought this phone simply for the protective clam clover. The big buttons are great on it as it does make missing a button pretty much impossible. However if you're not tech wary and more techphile like me you will not like this phone so much. There is no camera and no internet which can be an annoyance. I used the internet too much on my old phone and wasted a lot of money so that is a plus for me this time. The only complaint I have is the texting system.
Summary: A seemingly excellent phone. Lovely big buttons and easy to set up. Long time between charging. Only disadvantage is there are so many steps to sending a simple text. I have to remember that a text is an SMS and not a text.
