Summary: I love the phone, pretty and built solid! Minus three stars for it being Windows. This was my first Windows phone and it will be my last! The problem with Windows phone is you have to connect to a pc to download apps or update the phone, unlike iPhone or android.
Summary: This phone is no longer supported by Dell as they stopped making them. You cannot update to the latest version of Windows phone and therefore you do NOT have access to all apps in the marketplace. Waste of money. I bought mine at Walmart new and returned it 2 days later.

Summary: Pros: Decent physical QWERTY keyboard, cheap. Cons: Screen is poor, and very thick which makes the touch screen harder to use. The camera has a hard time focusing and is borderline in-useable in low light.
Summary: It constantly fail to respond the first day I have it , knowing nothing to deal with the problem , I got a refund finally. it was not new, though it looks like ,but there are scratches on the screw ,very obviously , it had been fixed or opened for a reason .
