Summary: This phone is no longer supported by Dell as they stopped making them. You cannot update to the latest version of Windows phone and therefore you do NOT have access to all apps in the marketplace. Waste of money. I bought mine at Walmart new and returned it 2 days later.
Summary: Looks like a nice phone and delivered in good condition; however, didn't include earphone buds, or, most importantly, manual and/or quick startup guide. This is my fourth smartphone (although I admit, at 55, I'm somewhat techno-challenged); however this is the very first time any purchased phone has arrived without these items.
Summary: Pros: Decent physical QWERTY keyboard, cheap. Cons: Screen is poor, and very thick which makes the touch screen harder to use. The camera has a hard time focusing and is borderline in-useable in low light. Poor app choices (can't run new Windows Phone apps) I ended up getting a Moto G on sale for $70 and it's way better, I just wish it had a physical keyboard.
Summary: Internet search too slow and the phone is too cumbersome to operate. I can't open attachments and can't send them. I don't think this phone is as user-friendly as a android phone. Some of the apps you can't find, and when I went to Itunes my phone needed to be updated to Windows 8 in order to download any of the apps I needed. I don't think I'll keep it.
Summary: It constantly fail to respond the first day I have it , knowing nothing to deal with the problem , I got a refund finally. it was not new, though it looks like ,but there are scratches on the screw ,very obviously , it had been fixed or opened for a reason .
Summary: We are on our third replacement, Wifi stopped working on one, user data lost on another and if they get hot on a long car trip will just stop working, plus Dell do not sell these anymore in the US
Summary: The main difficult is to find the unlock button, is too tiny and hard to press. To call a contact must follow 5 steps, you cannot use the keyboard as shotcut. The OS WP7 have not settings as WM6.5, you cannot personalize like we use to do with WM6.5 The battery life is so very poor, I´m a moderate talker and I cannot reach 8 or 9 PM every day The only pro is the screen resolution and W7 environment to work
Flunking grade for power management, otherwise good

Summary: - I am both delighted and disappointed with Dell Venue Pro. Windows Phone is the operating system of my choice primarily due to its productivity. Venue Pro is very much businesslike, precisely the type of mobile phone I want. However, the terrible power management makes it virtually unbearable to me.
