Summary: I purchased this phone for an elderly lady, whom is not "computer friendly". It seems hard copy user manuals are a thing of the past, one can only download them online. My fault lies with Casio, not the vendor. Lesson learned....

Summary: i had one of these phones from verizon orignal han no problems with it the one i have gotten from here said its was water proof but i found out to day that it doesent have a good seal when it fell in to a puddle the flash for the camra stayed on untill it dryed out
Summary: It gets 5 stars for durability! I love the text size. Sound quality is good. The big digital watch! The rest (battery life, how it organizes texts, how little memory it has, bad picture quality, silly (if not useless) G'z Gear: walking counter,sunrise/sunse, tides, etc...) is underwhelming.
Summary: This phone isn't as good as it's previous makes. My main issue with it was the head phone and charger covers. They are easily broken. I previously had the Ravine and had the same issue with the headphone which caused it to become unuseable since I made many earphone calls.
Summary: This is my husband`s 2nd Ravine in a year. It is not as durable as you would expect. His screen cracked on the first on making texts hard to read. Though the phone calls were fine. Then, one day he turned off the phone and it wouldn't start again.
Summary: Phone worked, but the original owners info and contacts were still on the phone, and on top of that it had a security pass code, so I had to drive all the way to verizon just so they can find a way to wipe all the memory and change to factory settings.
