Summary: The phone itself is excellent as far as use and battery life compared to others I've owned. Only complaint is the warranty on it. Dropped it into a cooler of water, was in the water for less than 1 minute. When it stopped working took it to the dealer and was told that it would not be replaced since it had been in water. When I pointed out that it was water resistance, was told that its resistance only if all the ports are closed.
Durable, not stable or capable. high end cost, low end performance.

Summary: Not a capable or stable device. I was a dedicated blackberry fan, expecting a lot out of my devices. I knew this device had a smaller screen and a slower processor, but I expected that to equal better battery life--it doesn't. The phone isn't waterproof, but water resistant, so it's reasonably durable. I dropped my 8330 dozens of times: on the bus, on the sidewalk, so military spec isn't required for a good phone. Anyways, the device crashed under mild load constantly.
Pros: waterproof. THATS IT!!!!! BUY A I PHONE! I have owned both and they are WORLDS APART. COMMANDO IS TERRIBLE
Cons: everything else. Bloatware SLOW AS IT COULD BE. The Touch not sensitive, screens take forever to load. Not sensitive - makes things like calculator and calender a real pain. Worst texting phone i have ever seen, does not auto save. Would not buy....
Excerpt: Im a business owner and a Student I use smart phones for their intened use (email, callenders, Internet, Social networking, Pictures, Phone calls, and other miscellaneous apps). Im not very much into games so i havent installed any and this is what i have noticed with this phone in a short time the operating system is slow, hard to text with, the G'z gear is a waste of memory space (no Applicable uses, can find better apps to download).
Pros: its toughand looks Awesome
Cons: hard to text, constantly freezes, wont connect to computer, camera doesnt zoom or take very good pictures, Verizon has Horrible customer service with dealing with phone issues, starts Apps by itself, takes battery life, Not for business
Cons: the phone i have keeps frying my memory cards amd when i try to tell verizon about this they come back to tell me that noone els hase this problem but icant think that is true. another problem i have had with the phone is when i upggraded the system it wo
Pros: Good reception in areas none to be bad like my daughters home in Taos NM. We have the same service but her phone does not pick up a signal like the commander.
Cons: Mine glass broke and I only had it three weeks. Verison and Casio said that phyical damage was not covered. Screen too sensative and its takes too many steps just to answer a call. You'll need a blue tooth and use the voice comands.
I love the Android O/S, but this is the worst of them that I've had.

Summary: Got this due to all the rave reviews and my previous Android phones, really wish I hadn't. I'm on my third replacement in 5 months. When it works, it is great. BUT, there are some huge flaws. My original phone was brand new, and had dead spots on the screen. Past that, all of them that I have had have had very poor battery life. I can get about 2 hours of talk time or music. I charge overnight, and even with none to minimal use, the battery will be dead within 14 hours.
Pros: Good call reception, plenty of applications available
Cons: Not durable at all. This phone is billed to be shock resistant, it is anything but... the phone was only 4 days old when it dropped out of my pocket (about 3 feet) the screen shattered when it hit the ground. Casio, the maker of the phone, and Verizon wou
