A tough dependable phone!
6 August 2014
Summary: What can I say, I've had this thing thru 2 free phone upgrades thru my company's Verizon 2-every-2 plan. That means that there are four brand new phones still in boxes because I prefer to use this one. Rugged, dependable, almost indestructible, with just the right amount of features to keep me happy. I work in the agricultural industry and my old G'zone had terrible things done to it over the years, and it still came up smiling.
Works great as a phone if thats all you need, almost indestructable,

Summary: This phone was purchased for my son who is 26yrs old & has destroyed 3 smart phones. He rides fixed gear bike as a means of transportation & is a pedicab driver in downtown Denver. This phone is almost indestructible. Works great as a phone, for someone who just needs a phone. the price was great. they shipped fast & take care of customers.
Summary: *Pros: Good picture quality Lightweight Easy to see screen, very bright Good sound quality Nice features (the compass is AWESOME!) Very durable *Cons: Difficult to open Battery life is terrible Some features are hard to find in the settings/tools menu Inability to have addresses listed in contact information
Great price, beats the daylights out of having to buy a new phone and plan.

Summary: I have have the Boulder model phone for many years and have enjoyed enough to buy a second one when my first one had some issues with the charging port and the power up key. I have added an extended battery. This greatly increased the time between having to recharge the phone. It is a very rugged phone as it was intended to be from its introduction. I really only use it as a phone and not for the other features it has.
Summary: This phone is no longer "Supported" by Verizon, so expect headaches from them. Things like activation glitches, not being able to transfer your contacts via assistant or bluetooth. As far as the phone is concerned, It is tough and waterproof (yes I can verify it is waterproof).
Summary: I bought this phone on the advice of my son who had one from his work, very reliable and it can take a fall from your shirt pocket without shattered glass, not fancy ,just basic phone to do the job.
Summary: I like flip phones and orange is my favorite color. Moving through the menus is a bit cumbersome compared to my last flip phone. It only comes with a home charger and is not universal so the short battery life is a problem (doesn't seem to last beyond an hour or so of talk time.)Serves my purpose but not as good as I had wanted it to be. (Would be a great phone for a child that doesn't text but needs a sturdy phone.
