  • Summary: It's really a great phone. Just don't expect to get any help from the manual. It is absolutely a waste of good paper. It was written by a Chinese who didn't know English. Why they didn't write the instruction here and have them put the instructions in is beyond me. Overall, for the price of the phone and the quality of it is beyond what you can get from any other phone. The only thing I can't get the phone to do is to continue to beep when you miss a call or message.

Cheap Phone

Brian W., Newegg
27 January 2014
  • Pros: Cheap, Works great if you are someone who uses it for 100% voice calls. Great phone for older people, The numbers are big.
  • Cons: For $30, You can't expect a phone that you will want to use data or texting on, Primarily if used only for voice, this is great, as the other features are lacking.

Clifton, Target
6 January 2014
  • Summary: Everything is OK,the menu is a little hard to use, the buttons are big, Which I like, but the bluetooth, really does NOT work good, I have a wireless headset, and it connects if you push it.you have to reconnect every time. I also have bluetooth in my car, and my OLD phone works great, the Blue tank does NOT work at all, Incoming or outgoing.

Love this phone, wish it has better BT auto-connect

  • Pros: I bought this Blu T190i from Newegg store on e Bay to use as an emergency phone in case something happens to my Samsung Galaxy S2 and I can't use it. For under $30, this is a very good phone. The audio is loud and clear, the Bluetooth is very easy to set up, the FM radio has excellent reception, the size is very compact (great for pocket phone)... The specs said this phone would accept a microSD card with 8GB max but I tried a Samsung 16GB microSD in it and the card w...
  • Cons: It was hard for me to figure out where to find the Bluetooth option in the MENU because BLU has put it under the Organizer submenu. It was very easy to pair the T190i with my Panasonic DECT 6.0 home phone system with Link-to-Cell feature. But every time I powered the phone OFF/ON or when I came back to the Bluetooth range, the T190i always asked me if I wanted to connect to the Panasonic DECT 6.0? The same thing happened when I paired the T190i with the Samsung Blueto...

Good quality, basic un-locked phone

Dawnnie, brandsmartusa.com
7 March 2013
  • Excerpt: Nice quality phone. Good option for those needing an unlocked sim card phone. I use for T-Mobile service and it works fine. I am hoping that it will also work fine for overseas travel where I plan on buying a country specific sim card to use.<br />The instruction manual is HORRIBLE...but the phone is fairly intuitive, so I have managed to fumble my way through getting things set up the way that I need them.
  • Pros: price, Quad-band, Un-locked
  • Cons: Instructions manual
