Summary: Delivery was on time. The phone? Well, it was a great phone out of the box until I turned it on. The screen had a crack on the top right corner. I kept getting sim errors, although it worked with the carrier. Now, the phone can't even turn on. I hope it is just a factory defect on this one phone. I read all the specs and was loving it. Well, now I'm loveless.
Summary: I purchased this phone on September 15th and received it on the 18th. I really liked this phone but 20 days after I received it, the portion on the phone that takes in the charger cord isn't working and my phone isn't charging. I tried using different cords and different electrical outlets. The cords work for my child's phone, but didn't work for mine. I can understand if I dropped it, but it just decided not to work one day.
Summary: Amazing device. Construction is good. Battery is good. Screen is good and very vibrant. The storage is split into two 4gb partitions. The system partition ran out of space on my first day. I am a litr litr The other 4gb is never used by the phone. This was the problem with my original Blu Life Play. I hoped this was fixed with the BLU life Play II. This device would easily be 4-5 stars.
Summary: I don't care where phones are made and what is branded on them. Its nice having new competitors in the phone market. After doing quite a bit of research I chose the Blu Life Play S for a few reasons. -Price: The first reason why I considered Blu. I really couldnt believe I could get good specs/screen size for under $200 -Unlocked: I've never had a phone contract in my life and dont plan to start anytime. The mobile phone industry is finally catching on.
Summary: Got this phone and it had a bad microphone, everything else seemed ok on it other than the power button being to touchy. I also own the BLU DASH 4.0 it's a typical 100$ android phone. I'll give a follow up review once this phone is replaced, on the return service.
Summary: I bought three BLU PHONES, BLU Life Play-1/23/14, BLU Studio 5.0 D530- 12/19/13, BLU Dash 5.0 D410a-1/31/14 and they all have charging port problems. The blu Life Play will not charge at all. Charging port is defective. I would like to return the BLU Life Play for repairs.
