Pros: The phone is very intuitive, and snappy (fast). its still a new OS for many and it is worth trying, it wont hurt. the OS makes you more productive, and can get things done faster, it only takes time (about a week) to get used to the os (just like any other new stuff).
Cons: Battery life, but it is to be expected since once you get hooked on the phone you wont let it go and the battery will die fast.... just like any other phone that makes you addicted to it.
Pros: Big onscreen keyboard and insanely efficient predictive text. it's spooky almost. and im a big fan of the hub. this phone is fun to mess with and physically I find it to be the most attractive phone on the market.
Summary: Now that they are pretty much giving these phones away maybe people will give Blackberry a chance. The phone is sleek and solid yet incredibly light. Love the keyboard, nice large keys and just "flip" the word up. There are no physical buttons on this phone, everything is done via swipe. I was a little worried at first but it literally took me a day to master it. The Hub is great, you can peak at incoming messages/notifications.
Pros: integrated sharing , fast browser , calendar , hub , windows like operation

I didn't think I would care at first but I've had this phone since April and I am now looking to pay full price for a different phone so that I can have Apps that I want. If you really don't care about the apps then this phone is wonderful, otherwise I suggest moving on.
Pros: The phone catches a lot of people's eyes. Everyone is curious about it but too wary to purchase it themselves. I got the white one with LTE for a reason, because the white one is semi-exclusive as only the black one is sold everywhere, and LTE because I have unlimited data with 2.5 GB of LTE for T-Mobile. The phone works very well with T-Mobile and I had no problems with it. The touch only keyboard is a gift and a curse in that it auto corrects VERY well and predicts ...
Cons: I upgraded to this phone from a Torch 9810. I do and don't miss the sliding keyboard, as I am still getting accustomed to typing on the touch only keyboard. Sometimes it gets annoying but I have a feeling it will become easier with time. My MAIN complaint against this phone is the LACK of BlackBerry Traffic app. That app is GOLDEN to me and I am considering enabling the mobile hot spot and keeping the Torch in the car to use for Traffic purposes. However, I use an iPh...
