Summary: I was totally disappointed with this purchase , i paid for a NEW phone and the phone i received was clearly refurbished. A user manual wasn't even included in the box , just the phone and a charger . I was given the option by the seller to return the phone but didn't do so because of the cost + hassle . I'll will just look @ this as a Lost and a Lesson learnt .
Summary: I purchased this phone about 4 months ago and from the time of turning it on to present I have been waiting on it to stop periodically sticking, shutting down without provocation and alternating between over-sensitive to my touch and completely non-responsive. I deeply regret not putting a few extra hundreds and getting an unlocked iPhone or Samsung. I just find it hard to let go of my Blackberry messenger service.
Summary: I bought my phone in January 2012. It worked well for the next 10 months. Since then, I have had to have the buttons cleaned several times. After talking on a call I can't hang up. I'm losing money by added time going to the phone company because I can't hang up. I can't transfer from different topics on the menu without getting frustrated. Whenever I sync my phone and laptop the time always needs to be reset. This is very annoying.
Summary: The phone works very well, but I feel kind of disappointed because the phone came without north american charger format, also the phone must came with 8GB micro SD card inside as is discribed in blackberry web page, but it doesn't.
Summary: In the description of this item says that the phone works with GSM and 3G with the 1900MHZ band, but the product doesn't have it. So it aint gonna work for me, and returning it would be much more expensive. I'd rather selling it and buying a product in which the seller SAYS THE TRUTH IN THE DESCRIPTION.
Summary: When i bought it I mistakenly thought it had the slide out conventional keypad, but this model is all touchscreen which I find difficult, but obviously that was my mistake. The main reason I dont like it is that the battery loses charge very quickly - sometimes within only a few hours - and I rarely use the internet. My main use is for emails, texting, and sending/receiving calls.
Summary: Unfortunately I bought a bad phone. I already had a blackberry and the bottom keys didnt work after 4 of buying it from an Optus store, they couldnt give me a loan phone whilst was being fixed. When i got my new one deleived that i purchased form this supplier, the same thing was wrong. the bottom keys didnt work and as i had to have a phone i had to go and buy another one. I think it was just my bad luck. Not a good experience.
Summary: just got my phone back from t mobile sent it away because it wouldn't charge they have sent it back saying the fault is cosmetic so they wont repair under guarantee i put it down to bad design i have had this phone since January not happy with this result i will be getting in touch with blackberry feel totally ripped off
Pros: quick response easy to use nice bright screen
