Summary: Good phone with alot of great features. Too sensitive for my use. Would reccomend to a friend. Bought this for ease of use and touch. I love the size of phone was easy to put in pocket and go I didnt care for the sensitivity of the screen.
Summary: I bought this phone as an upgrade from the BlackBerry Bold9650. My old BlackBerry has finally gone to the big waste dump in the sky after two years of heavy use. This is a huge step up from the Bold9650. I've adjusted to the large touch screen & Virtual QWERTY Keyboard. The thing I like about BlackBerry is that it's what they call a "tool, not a toy." These devices are all work, no play.
Summary: My daughter loves this phone. BBM and touch screen. It's a very good phone. Only thing is you cannot download to much stuff because it runs slow. Other than that nothing is worng with this phone.
Pros: Large crisp screen, very stable OS, customisable, quicker browser, nice phone all around. Coupled with a BlackBerry PlayBook it's a pretty formidable combination.
Cons: Battery life could be better. No 1080p video recording, not 4g, no front facing camera (not a deal breaker as I don't video or take pictures of myself :p), some of my favorite Games not compatible with OS7.
Fantastic, Usual Blackberry but with Great Web Browsing

Summary: I've used every phone and OS, I always seem to come back to Blackberry, only reason I ever leave is lack of apps. The Torch 9850 doesn't solve this issue but the gorgeous display and finally relevant internal hardware, make this phone a winner. It is very snappy and responsive and you get a very solid 5mp camera w/ flash and autofocus, the loudspeaker is very loud with good tone. I love that they kept the trackpad on the phone and I enjoy the physical buttons.
