Summary: If you don't care about sending photos, then buy the phone. The MMS feature on the ATT unlocked Blackberry Torch, will not work with Straight Talk or with any other provider. Even if a sim card kit is purchased, MMS will not work. Google it!
Summary: The Blackberry Torch 9810 was sold as " new " , but it was not. Scratches on both Green / Red booting on the lower bar. The Battery inside scratched and rubbed . Removed the cover, on the left bottom screw inside the phone a sticker they apply as a seal to make sure nobody unscrew it again ( otherwise it brakes ). The phone itself works ok , the battery doesn't last much. Set aside , need a really new one.
Summary: the phone delivered was in a very bad condition .Even though it says new phone it was a used phone with scratches all over and also the phone stopped working in just 1 week of delivery.I had to return the product but wanted to comlain as i had to loose all my contact and re use my old phone again
Summary: Wrote a really thoughtful review detailing all the issues I've had with this phone and AT&T wouldn't post to their site as it didn't meet their guidelines (only positive comments?). I'm a mom, all I really need is a phone that can at least be relied upon to make calls and this phone is NOT it. My first and last BlackBerry product.
Pros: none none none
Cons: Slow/delays, freezes constantly, even the camera broke and I've never dropped or damaged it.
