Summary: This BB storm-2 is a nice phone. It came a day late of seller's promise but that was not a big deal to wait extra day. The features are okay. I did not like the fact that the phone came and it was not unlocked as promised. I had to take it to a local dealer to pay additional fees to unlock it to function with my carrier. I have seen same phone sell for $10 less especially after paying additional $25.00 to have it unlocked. The seller needs to take note of this.
Summary: I bought this phone for my sister who lives in Argentina. Even though she was able to set up to call and text, she was never able to activate the data. Completely useless... She tried with the cellphone company and they told her they couldn't fix it because it was bought through another company, Then she tried with a technician and she was told the phone is linked to a line who has debt, therefore she will never be able to activate the data!!!

Excerpt: I purchased the BB Storm2 last month, I used to use the BB pearl. It took me some time to get used to the touch screen, it doesn't freeze up as bad as some of the other BB's do, but I have a hard time while surfing the web and using the touch screen, sometimes when you click a link it just zooms in over and over again and you have to touch it just right. The camera is great, as well as the aps.
Excerpt: I bought the Blackberry Storm 2 (Verizon), which has most of the capabilities of any comparable phone (Iphone, Droid, etc.). It also has Blackberry messenger which is a plus if you know other Blackberry users. And with Blackberry Appworld, this phone is giving Apple's Iphone a run for its money. As much as I like this phone, I should point out the problems that I have experienced.
Excerpt: I switched to a BB Storm 2 from a BB Curve because of the larger screen. I personally am a Blackberry fan in general, from the layout, the menu options, the applications etc. I stuck with a BB because of the apps. and the functionality. It has enough storage space for my needs: I have my music library stored on it and my pictures; the camera has great resolution. I like that I can see incoming emails, texts and BB Messenger messages right away.
Blackberry - Storm2 is a nice phone, but...............

Excerpt: It does have some issues. The off button is in the lower right hand corner of the phone. The slightest touch of that button while talking on the phone disconnects your call. It is so frustrating. It is agrivating for the people I am talking to as well. There is no way to stop this from happening. If I change the phone to the other ear, then you hit the dial button. This activates a weird tone on the phone while you are talking!
