Summary: I should have read the reviews but what can I say. Thought I would get 4G LTE but not with this version obviously. In case you are seeking LTE coverage in the U.S., then get the SQR100-1. Otherwise only 4G coverage for you. :-(. Overall a great phone though!
Summary: I think the phone itself is really nice, well built. I absolutely love the keyboard! However, I have been a bit spoiled by android, apple, and even nokia with their available applications. This blackberry does not offer as many big-named apps as previous Blackberry devices.
Mine was stolen before I had much of a chance to use it, but as a big fan of the Q10 I found the Q5 wanting

Summary: The keyboard is simply not as good. I don't know why anyone would pay an extra $400 for a marginally better keyboard, but I missed my (also stolen, ugh) Q10 terribly whenever I attempted to compose anything more profound than "hey baby picking up wine home in 10.
Summary: Do not forget that any previous BIS/BES data account you may had with your previous BB device is not valid any more!! BB10 devices are not working under BIS/BES protocol anymore. Same Android data account may apply.
Summary: I bought it for my Dad thinking that Blackberry is user friendly for the business(bit old) folks. But the touch screen and key pad confuses a lot. Actually the keypad is not at all needed since a virtual keypad will be available to all needs. Though it might be good , its not user friendly.
Not recommended for those who need long battery life

Summary: Whatever the promise of the battery lasting for two days is a misnomer. I use my phone to call, sms mail and once in a while check my FB account. The battery lasts for just half a day by which I would have made just a few calls and checked my mail. Yet it requires to be charged twice a day!!!
