Summary: This isn't BlackBerry, apart from the keypads being so little and difficult to type the screen resolution is very poor.l bought this fon for my father but he couldn't see the letters on the keypads so l had to returned the fon.
Summary: This did not last a year before the screen just blacked out on me. The whole phone felt loosely held together and the trackball was terrible and only tracked for the first month. While I love blackberry and their make, this was a fail on their part. The newer bold phones are a better quality and mine has already outlasted the time my pearl did. Save yourself headache and get a phone with less chance of problems.
Summary: The product worked for two days. The screen stopped working and it is impossible to see what happens inside the phone. I took it to repair and told me he had no redress because the internal parts were a reconstruction that completely damaged the product. It was very disappointing this situation.
Summary: Sorry, it looked better on line than when I got it and opened it, the keyboard is very small, and its not easy to operate, I think way too confusing... I've only used it for half day as best as I could and am now starting to ask around to try and sell it off. I was much happier with my old Nokia phone, switched the SIM card back and I'd rather use that for the ease of operation, even if its considered a relic!
