Summary: I choose this rating because it was stated that this is "unlocked" phone, but it was locked, and cost me $25 to unlock it after I took it on my travel to Africa. Furthermore, it has been coded for AT&T, and cannot be decoded.
Summary: After many hours (4 hours if we were counting) of trying to get the certificate on the phone activated we were finally able to download what we needed on this phone. We had to have this exact phone to pair with a device and without the certificate the phone was not good to anybody unless all they wanted to do was talk. I was very upset and contacted Amazon- they gave me the number to Blackberry customer service.
