Excerpt: I was excited to hear that Blackberry was finally releasing a new phone for Nextel. I was wanting a smart-phone, but not the older outdated Blackberries. I have had this phone for 2 years now, I purchased mine the day it was released. I love the phone and have gotten a lot of use out of it. My only issue is that I am on the Nextel service plan, which means I am in the nextel coverage area, not Sprint.
Summary: I Would like to Buy a New One long time ago , but I couldn't afford , So I got a Manufacturer Refurbished , At This moment I unlike anything because I'm knowing the phone , So , I Susgested , The Item Review must be fine at least ONE MONTH OF USING , About anothers cell , The Blackberry ,It is One of the Ten Top Cell's Phone .
Excerpt: I had a BB 8300 and switched to this for a better phone. Unfortunately, I have had it replaced 5 times in the last 8 months. Always a different problem! It has been such a hassle that I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Very disappointing.
Pros: The concept of what it is suppose to do is a pro. Unfortunately, it doesn't do what it is suppose to!
Cons: The con is that it doesn't do what it is suppose to do. There seems to be a different problem with everyone I have gotten and I have been through 5 of these. When one thing works something else goes.
Summary: I think this is a great smartphone. It comes with everything to get the job done. Digital camera is average, image quality is low. MP3 player is good, they need to fix the random play feature. WiFi is great, but it won't find many signals that are available. GPS is great, menu needs more work and it needs to be faster to respond. Email feature is great. Keyboard is good, keys need to be a bit more large. It needs more apps just like the iPhone.
Excerpt: Not Impressed at all!!! I've had the phone from day of release and I have been having problems with the text messaging. I would send out a text and and would have to turn the phone off and back on to recieve a reply message. And I thought that the MMS feature was going to be good, but its terrible!! It dont even allow you to recieve most of your picture messages.
Pros: Phone is sleek, has a great design and look. PTT works fine, e-mail works fine, some reception problems and phone defaults to speaker mode for about a second or two and then corrects itself.
Cons: MMS is not working on this phone. same problems as many others have reported. Text messaging is fast and instanct as far as sending but replies will not come in unless phone is powered off and on or many hours later if you are willing to wait.
Pros: Easy to use and most menus are intuitive. Sleek design with the black and yellow paint scheme.
Cons: To date I can send texts all day long and they go out immediately however I still have to cycle the power off and back on to RECEIVE text messages. Sprint claims their "text network" is experiencing outages.
Pros: Solid blackberry design, basically the curve with nextel implemented. Decent battery life, Wi-Fi is great
Cons: Should be Hybrid Sprint CDMA/IDEN. Text messages are a NIGHTMARE. I can send a message, then i have to turn the phone off then back on before i can recieve a text. this process is continual. I send over 50 texts a day this may be a deal breaker.
