"Horrible phone already through 5 in a year"

rehborn56, CNET
7 August 2010
  • Pros: Very easy to use
  • Cons: Charger port easily stops working or breaks off the board. Even though you can receive a replacement phone withing 2 days its a hassle to go through Asurion, Text messaging doesn't very often as well due to a glitch they haven't fixed in the 3 years.

  • Pros: Nice phone for work easy to use and hardly drops phone calls
  • Cons: Major Glitch no update, repair, replacement option available. In the words of Sprint representative when asked if I was stuck with this phone "yes". Sprint knows of software glitch and still selling phone. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

  • Pros: Direct Connect is great but that's about it.
  • Cons: This phone does not SMS. Can't read text msgs in thread format - you need to click on each text individually. When you click reply, you can't read what you are replying to. Calendar utilizes 10 yr old interface technology & completely useless.

  • Cons: a) Text messages would come in 12-15 hours late at times (I called and took the spam blocker with the teck person and it would only be about 1-2 hours late most of the time) Continued -i

"What a NIGHTMARE"

bwade79, CNET
11 March 2009
  • Pros: Great camera....(well when it works)
  • Cons: The texting is HORRIBLE. I have to turn the phone on and back on and now THAT is not working. I've taken it back 3 times and had it "updated". I can send out easily and quickly but forget getting anything in return. This is ridiculous!

  • Pros: 1oo% Nothing
  • Cons: I first started not receiving text unless I powered on and off. Now even if I do that I get them like 3 days late. Did the upgrades and been on phone with support countless hours. Recieve emails from 6 to 8 hours late. Phone is useless!

"This phone sucks. I didn't listed to previous reviews."

buysell5376, CNET
7 January 2009
  • Pros: same as my other blackberry in looks, nothing else very different except different graphics. not sure I like them though.
  • Cons: Where do I start. Someone texted me today and their name or number won't show up because they have sms and this phone ONLY has mms. How can I work not knowing who is texting me? MAIN COMPLAINT is NEXTEL service.
