Excerpt: the blackberry curve 8310 in red is what i have and it sucks....its annoying if you turn it off it takes a good 3 mins to load back up...i also hate the fact that i have to pay for an extra plan for blackberry that sucks too.
Excerpt: In the two year contract I had with my blackberry curve, I went through 4 phones! The first one the ball in the middle stopped rolling. I had only had the phone 8 months. I called Blackberry, and they told me it was still covered under the one year warranty, so they would send me a new one at no charge. They also told me that my new blackberry curve would reset my one year warranty, and I would have a one year warranty on my new one. Five months after I got my 2nd...
Excerpt: It works very well but the track ball control thing doesn't work very well so it makes it hard to control. It takes a while to load things and I only would recommend this phone for people who have patience. The phone is very cute and I love the design and color options but that doesn't make up for the poor quality. I would say that the best part of this phone is the look and the worst part is the slowness and track ball.
Excerpt: I got this phone for free last October as part of an upgrade to a cell phone plan we had. My husband had this phone first (only for about 2 months) and I liked it so I thought I would give it a try when we got a new plan. This was my first experience with owning any type of smart phone. At first the phone worked great and things were fine. In fact I really LOVED it for the first 4 months. And then slowly yet surely things one by one began to go wrong.
Will last the length of your contract - but that's it.

Excerpt: I've had my BlackBerry Curve for about 30 months now. It came with a two-year service contract, and it stayed in one piece for about that long. It was a decent price, and I enoyed all the features like easily accessible email, BlackBerry messenger, and the ability to add apps from the BlackBerry App Store. However, the negatives outweigh the positives at this point.
