Blackberry Curve 3G 9300: Great Business Phone, not such a great personal phone
11 August 2012
Summary: The Curve 3G 9300 is a practical phone which suits those who need quick access to their e-mails and an easy-to-use keyboard to reply. The keyboard buttons appear small but are very easy to use, and the helpful spellcheck allows you to monitor your outgoing measages. Call sound quality is clear and the scrolling button is simple to use, however it can temporarily stop working if it gets wet.
Pros: Easy to use, practical, great for picking up e-mails, long battery life
Cons: Breaks easily when wet, average sound playback, apps are slow
Summary: == How and When I Got This Phone == I actually got this phone (about six months ago) for free under a virgin-mobile contract and have since used it as a replacement for my prior phone, which was a Sony Ericsson. == Is It Any Good? == This phone is a nice size and perfectly comfortable to hold when talking to someone (people don't tend to do too much of that now do they!).
Pros: Big screen. Touch-pad navigation. Sleek design.
Excerpt: "...and month and a free Blackberry so I thought "why not?" My mum had a similar Blackberry and told me it was good, though my sister kept asking me why I hadn't got an iphone. I have to admit that after using this phone for a while I thought my sister was right and I should have just paid the bit extra and got an iphone! This phone can be summed up by saying it does the job, but there is really nothing exciting about it at all. It is basically a business ...
Pros: Functional, QWERTY keyboard, easy to use, decent battery life
Cons: Boring, hardly any apps, internet is basic, no touch screen
Blackberry Curve 9300: Business quality, budget price
25 July 2012
Summary: In the past I have had the old style blackberry, it was great for business use and for email on the go. Service providers then made it so expensive up until recently to own and use them, as in essence they were aimed at the business market. I bought the 9300, its great and to be honest I have had no problems at all apart from the blackberry issue which effected everyone worldwide.
Summary: I have been given a blackberry curve a work phone due to the constantly being on the road and needing to have regular access to my emails. My personal phone is an Apple iphone 4S. I was a little curious to find out what the blackberry hype is all about and I must say I was disappointed. The only real Pro's I can indentify is the BBM, which is a world of free text bundles, even on PAYG, is rendered pretty useless.
Pros: BBM. Simple to use
Cons: Processing power, camera, lack of personability

Ans is simple they don't go out of date.It is not about BB cult or limited specs of BB but BB is one of its type which provides a fully spaced QWERTY with classy looks.Morever recent wikileaks survey shows touchscreens are more prone to hackers because virtual keyboard itself is a...
Blackberry curve 9300..good phone but some setbacks!
19 July 2012
Summary: A few years ago I wanted to get myself my first contract phone. I wanted something useful for university ie- a phone that gave you easy access to emails and basic apps ect.. I made my mind up and purchased a blackberry mainky because mostly everyone else I knew had one also and I felt that I was missing out not having "BBM" ect. The phone is not ideal for people with large hands as the keys are pretty small.
Summary: We are all fully aware of the smartphone craze between the Iphone and the Blackberry. The more dable being the Blackberry obviously. And for a reason too. Features of the blackberry curve include a very basic camera, and I mean basic. Not for anyone who really wants to capture the moment with a great photo on their phone. Many may argue that cameras should do that for you, well Iphone cameras do it, don't they?!
