Summary: I ordered this unlocked phone. When it arrived I put my sim card in and wanted to start setting it up only to find out it was defective. The language was not English, even tough it was set to English It typed on its own double letters instead of single once .It must have been set by some foreign factory and it was not changeable I was seriously aggravated that seller ABE 123could send such a device as I needed to take the phone on my trip.
Summary: Worked fine for six months then did not turn on. Power Electronic Store warranty only 90 days so they can't help. Amazon says contact Blackberry. Blackberry says contact Power Electronic Store and Simple Mobile. Nobody can help. A waste of money. Avoid Blackberry and Power Electonic Store.
Summary: The prodcut lasted only for a few hours after it was switched on. But because i was leaving the country a day after it arrived, i took it with me. Having charged it fully, it worked fine initially, but then swtitched itself off and never been able to switched it back on again. Diagnosis- factory fault on mother board.very disappointed.

Summary: This is my first time in 3years of shopping with amazon. I got the phone and the screen does not display fully, just half way. The funny thing is that i got the phone for someone in Nigeria and will be very defficule for me to return it. How come an item that is fulfilled by Amazon have such issue. Am really not happy about this. SO if you are an International buyer, i advise you just get the phone in your country.
Summary: Im disappointed that, my device is unable to allow me to access any DATA services; I bought this device as a gift for my sister who resides in Guyana South America and had it connected to the DIGICEL GUYANA network but all that we are allowed to do is make voice calls and send text sms (text). The tech support at Digicel GUYANA did look at the issue and advised that the device has an issue , maybe with the IMEI being blocked or something of this nature.
Summary: I bought this item and brought it back to Jamaica to use. The first time I took it from the box most things were OK. I think the package was missing the travelling case and memory card but I overlooked those issues. Got the phone to charge overnight and used it the next day, but when the battery needed to charge again the phone shut down and wouldn't reboot. It wasn't charging and even putting a charged battery in it wasn't doing any good so I opted to return the phone.
