Summary: Soy de Venezuela, estoy inconforme con el Servicio y el vendedor, pues el celular llego muy tarde al almacén del casillero internacional en Miami a pesar de que seleccione el envío estándar que era entre 3 y 5 días y llego aproximadamente a los 15 días. No recomiendo al vendedor porque el teléfono me llego con la pila dañada, el cargador dañado y el cable USB dañado. No recomiendo este celular porque no trae audífonos y tampoco levanta 3G para movistar acá en Venezuela.
Summary: I've had BB since day one. All I need is a good phone and email capabilities. The seller was great. Fast delivery and a new phone just as stated at a good price. The 9790 has a small issue. The ringer volume is not that loud. On the highest setting it's hard to hear so I vibrate plus ring so I don't miss calls/messages. The touch screen is horrible and you can not turn it off. I fart and the screen changes, very sensitive. This phone has a mind of its own.
Summary: I bought this cellphone as gift to my godmother back home and I worked just A MONTH!!!!! could believe this??? I wrote to the seller and they just told me "SORRY THE MONTH TO REPLACE IT JUST PASSED, TRY WITH OTHER CABLE OR CHARGER" and they stopped to answered me my mails!!!!!! the cell it doest work, and I took it to a service and they told the cell it was AND THEY SOLD TO ME AS NEW, SUCH A RIP OFF, I TOTALLY NOT RECOMMEND THEM.
Summary: On August 2, 2012, I bought a phone BlackBerry Bold, and am very disappointed in it. to 6 months it damage the charger and had to buy another original charger and now just 13 months after buying the phone is turn off and no longer works and has no remedy, I was told that it bounced him since the phone was not used more. It seems unfair that I have a phone that lasted 13 months.
Summary: this product presents many problems, constantly restarts and the screen turns on and off constantly, when receiving a call or message the computer shuts down, you update the software and the problem still persists, appreciate your help with this problem
Summary: As all Blackberrys.... I am an iPhone user, i help a cousin (10 year old) to buy this phone as his own choice and against my advice. Well 2-3 months later he now regrets the purchase and lost that money, given the phone crashes and is really really slow with only about 10 apps installed. Blackberry, the only thing that is usefull is the PIN. The rest is garbage....
